“Absolutely the best way to fly!! Arrive 20 minutes before your flight, no TSA, you can bring your own drinks, dogs allowed, smaller 30 seat planes, great snacks and really nice crew. I wish JSX had more routes out of Reno, because I'd never fly any other airline if they did. Also, you can check two bags up to 50 lbs each and have a carry on that fits under your seat. Love love love JSX!!!!”

Purchased a $38.00 ticket to Central Camionera in TJ ONLY to be left stranded in the San Ysidro crossing along w several other people. The whole process was confusing, frustrating, and scary. Imagine my shock when I learned I was left behind stranded in ANOTHER country??? Then I reached out to customer service, and their representative was trying to argue/justify the situation. Also doubted what I was reporting. Overall just careless, and reckless and super unsafe. Save ya coins and ride Greyhound.!! ZERO STARS”

Waiting area in parking lot kind of tricky coz no assigned place or specific sign where you can wait. The sign only mention to terminal, so I just hardly guess to follow the sign “ to terminal “ until u see the kiosk for paying the parking. So that where u can wait, Waiting time from parking lot not really taking too long, U can booked in advance if u want”
