“If you want to do any paperwork or procedure regarding commercial driver license, this is the place. Even though, when you arrived at the window, they had an actitud of control over you. They are a public servants, should not come to work with that actitud. We are here for the service and because you'll need to accelerate de process. Management team please check your workers, make sure they received proper training. The bureaucracy in government buildings is at the most splendor shine. Their intentions are good, but lack of knowledge is horrible. One person say something different, that the other person. Besides that little manor issue, I received the procedure of my license on time, and I appreciate that because you are the commercial center in the south of LA. 👁👁👁👁👁👁👁👁👁👁👁👁”

“This review is long overdue. I called the day labor office and the gentleman that answered was more than helpful. I had a difficult job to do. That is to bring a heavy leather couch up 8 flights of stairs to my apartment. One stout man and one thinner younger man came to do the job. I told the guy this was a job for 4 people. He said don't worry about it my guys can do it. I have to say it was nothing short of a miracle the extremely heavy leather couch is now in my apartment. Really, nothing short of a miracle. The one stout guy took it on his back and barely rested on his way up the stairs. I love CARECEN the workers are awesome. Thank you so much for helping me with the couch! The organization is well organized. I highly recommend them for any labor needs you may have. If I could, I'd find another way to support them, but for now I urge everyone who reads this to hire their workers whenever possible. Thank you.”

“I visited Diamond Bar Library last year Dec 2022 as my regular Rowland Heights Library was closed for a few weeks. Diamond Bar Library is very spacious, However, the entrance is to the back of City Hall, so you have to walk around. An observation the area needs to be lit much better..Diamond Bar Library is clean. It has a study room which you can request to use for 1 to 2 hours. Once no one needs it. Also has a bookshop. The staff seemed pleasant. I will visit again if need be. If you are traveling by bus make sure and leave early. I saw a racoon 😲 first time I ever saw it, was big and fat, our eyes made 4. Thank God I was a good distance away from it, I wa kinda surprised to 👀 it.”

“This center is terrible at communication and lack professionalism. My daughter has been a client at the Regional center since she was 18 months. They provided her services but damn did it take a lot of follow ups. The first service coordinator, Shannon White, was very friendly and understanding but she would disappear for weeks. No word from her at all. Until someone else took her case by the name of Yvette St Clair and again, nothing. I asked if they could help me pay for my daughter's speech therapy since she is still a client with the center and insurance doesn't cover it, well its been a run around and no communication. Yvette then transferred my case to someone name Rosie. I emailed her on Oct 3rd and no answer still. Instead she calls me upset about a meeting that she supposedly had with me which there is NO record that I spoke to her over the phone. Once I told her that she started huffing and puffing on the phone, annoyed that she drove to my house for a meeting that I was completely unaware of. Extremely rude. I do not write reviews but the lack of communication and professionalism is extremely disappointing from a service that is here to help children and adults. Terrible!”
