“Lexus of Valencia Review Now the transaction is completed I’m sharing my experience. This is the 2nd time I purchased a car from this dealer, 7 months before. First experience was fine. Not great but fine. First experience they tried to give me one key only. delayed my payment for trade in. Issue with Lexus connect, took it into service to figure it out. then service blamed sales?? I fixed it myself. 2nd time much much much worse. Pressure and Rushed Process: The dealership rushed the paperwork process with my wife without allowing a proper inspection or test drive due to alleged interest from another buyer. The other competing salesmen went up to my wife told her when I saw you I let you have the car. What??? Trade-In Valuation Issues: The sales manager, Philip Yadkar, undervalued their trade-in vehicle compared to another dealer, despite its excellent condition. Claims about the tires and wheels being in bad condition were contradictory to their actual state. Defects in Purchased Vehicle: The UX250h had several defects like paint issues, scratches, and missing parts. Promised my wife detailing to fix these issues was not fulfilled. Rust Discovery and Lack of Support: After noticing rust on the car's paint, the customer's concerns were dismissed by the salesperson, Jose, due to not having purchased a specific protection plan. When we went back to the dealer he yelled at us in the parking lot. Difficulty in Transaction Completion: There were issues in completing the trade, involving delays in receiving payment and having to push hard for it. They said they needed the new title to them. I had to fight to get our check. Already sold our trade in. Poor Customer Service: The dealership staff, particularly Jose and Philip, were dismissive and hostile, including an instance where they refused to inspect the car and threatened to expel my wife and I. Unresolved Issues and Miscommunication: Requests for basic replacements were met with unreasonable price increases, and a verbal agreement for tire replacement was not communicated properly, leading to further complications. We were lied to by the salesmen, sales manager, store manager and service. Lack of Accountability and Responsiveness: Management, including store manager Mark Haynes, did not respond to any emails or calls, showing a lack of accountability and poor customer service. He did called to promise new tires but that promise vanished General Dissatisfaction with Dealership Experience: Overall, the level of service and customer care was significantly below expected standards, leading to a loss of confidence in Lexus of Valencia. I will never go there again and will tell everyone my experience. Communication Breakdown: Salesman Jose Moscos completely ignored further communication attempts after the sale. I wrote several emails to the store manager, Mark Hayes. He promised all new tires, he has completely ignored me. I gave up. Philip the sales manager when I got upset when he would not look at the rust threatened my wife and I that he would kick us out. This was all reported to store manager with silence. Reported to dealer corporate. I have heard nothing. contacted Lexus, still waiting to hear back. They would not even let me use their restroom!”

I also thought I’d need an alignment since I hit something on the freeway and thought I did some damage. They checked it out and told me I didn’t need it. Very honest. They could have told me I needed it and I would have paid for it. Decided I needed all tires replaced and they gave me a good deal. I bought the existing tires there and that is why I came back. Excellent customer service and great mechanics.”

“Nobody likes renewing their tags, well Yvonne managed to make it an "almost" pleasant experience, lol😃 I didn't realize I had to do the smog test again, until after I got up to her window. She let me go ahead and get all the paperwork and payment stuff done, she even suggested a place for the smog test that gives a AAA discount, whoohoo!! Once I came back with the completed smog test she let me come directly back to her window, meaning no waiting in line again, now that's a big deal. Her great mood was "almost" contagious, lol.😄 She definitely made a most unpleasant situation, almost" pleasant. That's deserves big props in my book. Happy Holidays!!”

“Honestly not sure HOW this company has such good reviews. Took my car here because the engine started acting funny, needed a local place that looked honest and easy, so I landed on ACA. They told me it was spark plugs, which is fine, then of course as any shady auto shop does, they start stacking up the issues, I told them fine to an oil change, and also to check my breaks since sometimes (key word sometimes) when I back up, they make a whistling noise. They called me back that same day and said they found the issue and would fix my breaks. Two days later, they told me my car would be done Monday at 4:30 so I show up, sit twiddling my thumbs until 5:30 when they tell me my car's NOT done and there's something else wrong with my breaks. Mind you, while I was in there, 3 other people were losing their minds on staff because they had also been told their cars would be done but they weren't. At this point, I am so irritated, they send me home in an Uber (seems to be their only customer service answer for bad jobs). They call me back the next day saying my car is ready but...now it needs a new tire!! And alignment!! Shady shady shady and CRAZY expensive - I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone having car issues. Horrible. UPDATE: The told me they fixed my brakes and they certainly charged me for it, but as of today, the brakes are STILL making noise!! This place is a complete rip-off!”

Their employees were over reviving my car down the street, stating, they were doing a diagnostics test on a manual transmission, along with resetting the sensors. The car still has all the warning lights on a still has the damaged tail pipe covers. Everything is OEM. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CONCERNS. ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY. I also have interior parts missing to the car. Car was in a better condition when I turned it in.”

“Be careful with this place. 9 hard inquiries on my credit score for an overpriced truck when they were the ones that called me in with a fake offer for my used car. Be aware of scammers like this ones that are fishing for unaware customers. As soon as the manager Noticed I wasn't bitting I was pretty much an inconvenience for them. ** UPDATE** Not the “wrong” shop So, I've been a customer for about five years now, and unfortunately, it hasn't been smooth sailing. Had a service issue in 2022 where they didn't tighten the oil lug properly on a routinely service, and I ended up with a messy oil leak after a 2k Miles road trip. Talked to Customer service about it when I got back, but my complaints fell on deaf ears. (They didn’t even care) Last year, got a call from them expressing interest in my car, saying it's a hot seller in my area. Went in, thinking it was a good deal. Spent over three hours waiting for a credit check, only to realize they were pushing for a higher loan, not a fair trade. What's worse? Found out they checked my credit NINE times without even making an offer for an old overpriced 2015 suv. After the Manager Noticed I wasn’t Interested on a +20k loan I was pretty much swiped out of the place. Just sharing my experience to give you a heads up. It's important to know what you might be getting into. Mr. Corry Baum, I rarely left negative reviews because everyone has a bad day. However, you guys had been really special to me, Specially on your response to my Initial review. Attach: a photo on my baby being towed all the way on Minnesota by Ford because your guys here in Santa Monica don’t now how to use a torque ratchet.”
