“I had a veggie burger after I asked what brand or type it was because I did not want that nasty impossible burger, Boca Burger, or Morningstar. I didn't expect her to know precisely what brand or type it was -but she did! Kudos to whoever does the ordering as they serve Gardenburger brand -which they go on to manage adding a little crisp to it (not an easy feat.) I was just visiting from out of town but my friend who lives on that block goes there once a week or so and he got the chili dogs and Gyro pictured. I have to mention that the cashier was lovely, I enjoyed snapping photos of my pup, and lastly they give out buzzers that notify you when your order is ready. Perfect for people who either can't hear a damn thing or subconsciously filter it out.”

They discontinued their beer flights but she recommended their “beer card” which is basically all you can drink from their beer walls (they have 2: indoor and outdoor) and you basically pay for whatever ounce you pour. We got the bacon flight which was a delicious way to munch on while tasting their different beers. My wife got the bison & bacon burger and I got the pulled pork sandwich. Both are amazing and well prepared. We will definitely be coming back here.”

“I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with my recent visit to the Chipotle location at 6290 W Sunset. As someone with over 10 years of experience in the food and administration business, I have never encountered such a disgusting and poorly managed Chipotle before. Upon entering the restaurant at approximately 6:30pm, I noticed that the general manager, Zoila, was off duty and wearing a black sweater while waiting on the side of a register on her Uber. This immediately struck me as unprofessional and concerning. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was appalling, with steak found in the cheese and the counters in a horrible state. The entire establishment appeared extremely messy and neglected. To make matters worse, there was only one employee working in the front, resulting in excessive waiting times for customers. Prior to placing my order, I inquired about redeeming a free steak bowl offer that I had on my phone. The employee confirmed that it was indeed redeemable. However, upon reaching the register, I was informed that I needed to purchase additional food to qualify for the free bowl. Feeling inconvenienced, I politely asked the employee if I could at least receive a free drink as compensation. Initially, he agreed, but then the general manager, Zoila, interrupted our conversation and overruled his decision. This interference was unwarranted, as Zoila was not even on the clock at that time. Her knowledge of the store's poor condition and her subsequent interruption only served to further infuriate me. To add insult to injury, when I requested Zoila's name, she immediately ran out of the store, avoiding any accountability for her actions. I found her behavior to be unprofessional and disrespectful. Additionally, her constant smiling while denying my requests led me to believe that she was being racist. As a result of this deeply unsatisfactory experience, I have decided to sever my ties with Chipotle indefinitely. I kindly request that someone from corporate reach out to me to address this matter. I believe it is crucial for Chipotle to investigate the actions of Zoila and take appropriate measures to rectify the situation. I am deeply disappointed and feel that I was not treated as a valued customer. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing from you soon.”
