“Lilliana Cunningham is an incompetent agent who did not file our registration as new members. The first call, while she was completing our file continuously told us she would call back. She called back and forth getting our information to where she was rushing. About 2 weeks later, she calls back only to tell us she got the incorrect VIN number on my vehicle. The incorrect information by this incompetent agent lead for us to get a supposed letter by an underwriter, that we never got. There was no email or phone for the underwriter to reach us (Lilliana's incompetence as we have proof of her calling us and emailing us). Be careful working with Lilliana Cunningham. And I very much hope the supervisor reads this and reaches out. Completely unacceptable and dissatisfiying customer service for a service we are paying for.”

“I would like to edit my opinion of Ace Cash Express, they have good service and has been very helpful in times of need. A while back I left a bad review on this location because I couldn’t get a check cashed, since then I’ve found out that multiple locations are doing the same thing due to stores closing and it’s definitely a real policy. I will admit fully that I was wrong, I was a little too quick to put my frustration through the keyboard. Sorry for any inconvenience I might have caused, the employee was just doing her job and I feel bad for making the situation worse. If I can give any advice to potential customers, its not their fault that I waited til the last minute to handle my business, it never hurts to call ahead and double check your plans because the employees are knowledgeable on locations that can take care of you and you might need time to drive to the next spot.”
