“Large climbing gym with boulder walls and lead climbing. Came here on a Saturday afternoon and bouldered. The bathrooms are spacious and there are showers. The gym has a fair amount of equipment. Parking is available around the building (one way street) but if it’s full, there’s plenty of street parking as well. There’s a good mix of beginner as well as harder routes, but I felt that even the V0s and V1s were a bit spicy. You need to sign a waiver online beforehand. There are Groupons available for climbing classes which include a gym pass.”

“Monday night, Wednesday night, Saturday morning and Sunday morning are great pickleball days with 12 courts and a good range of various level plays. A lot of traffic here so getting a parking space is a challenge. Restroom is by the softball field so you do have to roam around when nature calls.”

“Very nice college Baseball Field! The field is in excellent condition with great proportions. Great views of the entire field from anywhere in the stands. Parking is $8 back near campus at Lot 32 with shuttle busses starting two hours before the game and running 20 minutes after the game. Better to buy the tickets in advance from the UCLA baseball website. $10 for general admission and $5 for youth. There are two snack bars with reasonable prices. The 3rd base side stands quickly get in the shade in the afternoon. Evening games get quite cold since it is so close to the ocean. Only complaint is the very limited bathrooms. Even if the stands are less than 1/2 full there is usually a long line.”

Lovely hearing the owner come into staging repeatedly screaming about not test firing your guns, a problem that could avoided with a $4 bag. I can’t stress how much I don’t want to see some kids uncovered muzzle pointed directly at my face when I’m in a staging area. This is an industry standard for a reason.”

“Great place to play golf. You can also take lessons.The fairways are in good shape. Greens are in fantastic shape. Some sand traps have been replaced with new sand. I don't think it is natural sand. Clubhouse is finished and kitchen is still under construction. Exciting changes are now developing. Great staffing and management team. P.s.Try the par 3, 9 holes course "Chica", which is right next to Vista Valencia GC.”

“Nice staff, good upkeep on equipment and a respective crowd of people working out most days. It’s not crowded, but not empty either, you might have to wait for a machine sometimes but not usually. Lots of squat racks. Only down side is the music played through the loudspeaker is SUPER LOUD. Can hear it through noise canceling headphones. It’s slightly more expensive than planet fitness but has way more equipment for free weights.”

“Convenient location right off IS 5. Great friendly staff. Check in extremely simple via website (took less than 1 minute). RV Park was full, but overall pretty quiet, despite close proximity to fwy. Spaces are small, but big enough to be able to set up and sit outside. Has small camp store staffed by smiling staff. Who sold me firewood and even delivered it to my site. Thank you! All hookup outlets are convenient and well maintained. Tee connector for water was very convenient. This is a great spot for an overnight stay with pool and bathhouse. Common areas are swept and clean. I will be back.”
