“Send my knives 12+ days ago. No contact, no tracking information, nothing, genuinely worried. I hand delivered their provided bubble mailer to the post office 12 days ago. 600$ of knives seem to be lost. They have no phone number, waiting for an email response that I doubt will ever come. Will update this post as things unfold. -finally received them after mailing support and waiting another week. Would not recommend sending knives to them currently, unless you don’t mind waiting almost three weeks, with not particularly good tracking… Knives diff arrive A+ sharp however.”

“They took a check from my grandma in July for services they were not going to provide until January 2024. We’ve been asking for a refund and they refuse to do so stating that the bank is holding the refund. I’ve been going back and forth with them and they keep stalling and making excuses that they can’t refund the money because they can’t find the money. We’ve spoke to Roxana, Maria, Rosa and Valentin who is “always busy” when I call. And Armando too who says the same story, the bank is at fault. They are frauds and take advantage of people. Do not pay them for services they aren’t going to do right away.”

“I want to give 0 star if I can. This is what they said install is completed. (Photo attached) I signed contract with Better Earth in February 2023, installation is scheduled on March. The first time the operation team here didn’t have proper tools to install and scheduled for another day. They finished the installation with a missing panel, I have called them multiple times and told them the installation is not completed. The operation manager insists the team finished it and they have the photo in their system. I sent the photo to him and he thought I am lying. I ask him to do a video call so I can show him in the real time if he doesn’t believe me, but he refused to do so. I have to call better Earth everyday to ask them to finish it. In the meantime I am keeping receive invoice from them to pay them. Until August/September time, they finally finished install the last panel. After that I don’t get any update. I called them again this year(2024) and I was told they are waiting for permission for the electric panel upgrade. During the site survey in April 2023, I was told no electric panel upgrade needed. If the electrical panel need to be upgraded, why don’t you just do it at the first palace? The next day after I call them, I got message for electric panel upgrade appointment. It is so funny, they got the permission right after I call them? I am asking for the electric bill reimbursement because the delay of installation. I was told they only do three month after the second payment. (The second payment is after the installation is finished. How can I pay if the installation is not completed?). It is been almost one year and my project is still not finished.”

Danielle Chait has gone above and beyond throughout the process of the contract.I have to give her a credit for submitting my application and getting the contract so quick. She is a very good communicator, makes herself available even on her off day which is the utmost quality of a good recruiter. Us as a traveler recruiter will make a big difference on our assignment, I have dealt with some recruiters who will stop communicating as soon as the contract is signed and disappear until it’s time to sign a new contract. So far I have no complain with the recruiter I got from Epic.”
