“(it contains no spoilers) I went yesterday for the first time with my boyfriend and we were warmly greeted by super friendly staff, all dressed up on the theme of the place. Shortly after our arrival we could go to our chosen room (the crypt), and everything was awesome. The decoration, the ambiance... The puzzles were cool and there were just few padlocks, what's great. But... (and here's the reason for the three stars) one of the puzzles didn't work. So we kept trying to find a mistake, loosing a lot of time (5-10min, what's a lot in a game like this), until we gave up and went for clues. And our solution was right, but the puzzle wasn't triggered by our response so we kept trying another couple of times until the puzzle worked and gave us the next clues. At the end we couldn't finish the room and although I can't tell we could've finished with the extra minutes (we were close to, according to the game master), it was still super frustrating to have lost precious time because of a failure in the mechanics of the game. We asked for some compensation and were offered to have our passports stamped (they have a cute passport for people that play), and that was it. It was really upsetting, because it felt not fair to be unable to get closer to complete the game because of a game problem. The room was fantastic, though. So, again, I'm trying to write a fair review despite the fact that I'm really annoyed and upset with the situation.”

“The bed and pillows are uncomfortable, and everything in the room and the bathroom just looked old and dirty. The layout was also really strange as they put a shelf with the coffee, kettle and cups in the bathroom. The worst thing was the air conditioning. It was extremely loud, and it had a weird rattling noise. Besides that it took forever to warm up the room. I started it around 2 AM with max Temp (90F) and fan, and it was until 6 AM that I'm no longer freezing. Even after 6 it felt like the room temperature never got higher than 70F. Needless to say I didn't get much sleep that night, and for $130 I expected more than this. The regular check out time is 12 PM, and they let me do a late checkout at 2, which was nice. Still I wouldn't recommend this hotel.”

“My family and I stayed in a two-bedroom room for three nights and it was so great! I have never stayed in a hotel that offered a room with a second bedroom. Being able to separate our kids for bedtime seriously saved our sanity. The room was very clean, with nice furnishings and floors, and good water pressure in the shower. The customer service is top notch. We were able to easily walk to the Disney parks. This is the perfect hotel for families going to Disneyland and we will absolutely stay here again!”

“Our absolute favorite place to stay for our Disney trips! Rooms are always clean and super spacious, it’s about a 15 min walk to Disney or a 3-5 min drive so location is great! But the main reason we keep coming back is the wonderful service the staff there provides. Any issues or questions we have, they are always extremely helpful and accommodating. The staff is friendly and are always quick to respond to any concerns we might have. We love this place, definitely recommend!”

”The Wigwam Hotel is a nostalgic trip back the sentimental glory days of Route 66. They play up this theme once on their property. From the gift shop/office, individual teepee style room accommodations and well maintained surroundings with vintage vehicles in various array of conditions, this property wants to preserve the era of bygone days. They do hit their mark. The rooms are a step back in time. It's not difficult to imagine how a traveler would have felt and experienced staying in wigwam room in the early 50's. Rooms are very clean and well kept up. If you're looking to stay in a unique and historic location on Route 66, the Wigwam Hotel is your place. It's my understanding this is only one of three locations that still exist of an original seven that operated in their heyday. This location is number seven and last constructed. For me, for what was offered in a stay, they delivered. I enjoyed my time there.”

”The location is fantastic. Right across the street from the Disneyland entrance!! The rooftop viewing area for fireworks was great, and the little outlet store is fully stocked and reasonably priced. The room is nice (2 regular queen beds), the beds are cozy, good size fridge with freezer and microwave all work well. Toilet and shower are separate from sink, which is a huge plus for me. Check-in was fast and easy, and the front desk agents were nice and friendly. Downside, not many tv channels, and we didn't bring a device to stream from, and the a/c is pretty loud. Had to call the front desk for maintenance, and they had the problem fixed in under 15 minutes, even at 10pm. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to people I know.”

”So let me say for the price, this place is very worth it. We stayed here for only $100 so, remember you get what you pay for. Pros: Staff is warm, friendly, and energetic. They seem happy to be there and enthusiastically support customers (except for maybe pool cleaning). Nice location but a pain to leave the site (right turn only). Not a bad place to stay. Cons: So while the rooms were clean enough, the pool and hot tub were filthy (see pictures). The front desk assured us we they get cleaned every day, however the scum stuck on there says otherwise. There were chunks of "stuff" floating in there, and the pool was cloudy. This isn't from one day...everything is caked on there. I felt really gross being in the hot tub and pool.😬 In closing, it's a decent place. I could come back but I wouldn't swim in anything there unless it's cleaned up.”

We didn’t get the breakfast package, but purchased food at the hotel and it was very good. The gym is small, but has a few machines and dumbbells. We spent time in the hot tub (outdoor). The pool is also heated (outdoor). Lots of parking at the hotel - felt very secure. No EV charging, but there were charging stations in the shopping area nearby.”

”Wow. Stop over on a work trip. Wow. Wish we had known how nice the property was before going to eat. What an amazing opportunity we missed to stop for some groceries and grill and cook an amazing dinner to enjoy the room and views. The apartment is very well furnished and very clean and modern. Any kitchen appliance you need is also available from a room order list should your cooking adventures require. The furniture is clean and comfortable. The soaking tub in this room is nice touch. The bed is very comfortable. The views are amazing. Very nice community grills to use in the common areas. I didn’t walk to pool or hot tub but view from balcony looks very nice. Wish I had time to play a round on the course. Looks very nice. Def will be back to this Hilton property.”

Wine, fruit and cheese offering in the evening was nice and gave a great chance to meet other travelers. Breakfast was very good with a variety of offerings. Private room with a private bathroom. I would not consider this luxury but it’s a bed and breakfast so maybe more of what you’d expect from that. Close to Yosemite south entrance so was great for us.”

”In our first room, the window was broken, we were moved to another room, and the next room's door key reader was broken, but we knew before going in there and were told ahead of time. But, the issue was that it had ants in there, and the sink and tub would slow drain, so they were clogged. I am pretty disappointed since I typically love staying at Hilton because the rooms are usually fantastic, and the service is typically great. We paid ahead of time for breakfast the next day, and then they tried charging us again even though we had paid prior. The only positive was that the hotel is in a great location..”
