However, when the REI associate brought out the colossal box, it became evident that my self-installation idea might not have been the wisest decision. Perhaps sensing my concern or recognizing a fellow customer in need, Chris promptly informed me that, as a member, I was eligible for a complimentary installation. He assured me it would only take about 10 minutes. Chris was truly remarkable, providing a thorough demonstration of the system while efficiently and professionally preparing the roof box for installation.
