She was so knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process, encouraging us to spend more time testing out the different mattresses so we could make the best decision for ourselves. She went over all the features of the different bases too. There was no pushiness at all. We came back to test again the day after, right when they opened, because we were sold the first visit but just couldn't decide on which firmness level. It was a very calm and pleasurable process and we appreciate that we weren't hurried at all throughout our decision making. Also a shout-out to Jesse, he helped us with testing out the products and was so informative. We love the staff here and will definitely be recommending to our family and friends.”

“My wife and I went into Sit N Sleep on New Year Day to look at king size beds and were assisted by the sleep consultant Stephanie. After being custom fitted for a mattress with bed match Stephanie showed us multiple mattresses to fit our needs. Throughout the experience we never felt pressured to buy or rushed to make a decision. My wife and I are not the kind of people quick to make a decision and we would lay on each mattress for up to 15 minutes. After 2.5 hrs of consultation we finally found the best mattress for us and we were very happy with our purchase. Our experience with the consultant Stephanie was very positive. She was very positive and personable throughout. she is very knowledgable on the subject of sleep and understood the product she was selling.”

“I was given misleading information by associates and cashiers. Thus, I had to pay full price instead of getting any discount, Kohl's cash or reward. And everything was in the future, when I thought it would be on the current purchase because I filled out a rewards card then. The cashier didn't know the details about Kohl's cash or rewards or that there was a yousave15 discount available. The front manager also wasn't well informed and didn't help me. The customer service person only told me to call the rewards number where you can't talk with a live agent, only get recordings. My old rewards account disappeared and I had to open a new one at the store during my purchase but I found out the limitations later. The $20 Kohl's cash I have isn't good until Feb. 20, but I don't need anything else beyond what I bought on Feb. 15 . My new $5 reward isn't available until March 1. The whole rewards and Kohl's cash system is a scam. Also, I just found out that for the yousave15 discount good until Feb. 19 dozens and maybe over 100 brands and items are excluded. Basically, anything that is a brand name. Total joke. The company has gone downhill and service and merchandise at the La Quinta, CA, location has declined. The Under Armour two shirts I bought for $100 total I could have gotten at Amazon for $80. You have lost a customer. No wonder the Kohl's company isn't doing well. I was going to return the shirts and repurchase them and use the existing 15% store and online discount, but I found out on the website that Under Armour is excluded from the coupon, as are most brand names.”

Two of my prescription running sunglasses were stolen and I stumbled upon SportRx online in a desperate attempt to replace, never knowing of it before. What followed was not only getting me some new pairs, but patience and compassion and understanding of what all had happened and then systematically walking me through different options and what was possible. (esp as one stolen pair is no longer made and therefore irreplaceable) It didn't stop there - Al and the team helped ensure that at least one pair would arrive to me in time for the next race. This is unlike any customer service experience I've had - and it makes ALL the difference in why I rave about SportRx. Not just some online retailer that doesn't care or just whipping you through purchasing. The customer service lady states “not all product is 30% - look at the fine print some” and tried scanning the shoes however they did not come up (item not found). Mine you there are like 30 pairs of shoes there. She refuse to honor the signage and states it’s for some not all. She refused to honor the price, refused to remove the signage, and refused to place the shoes elsewhere so it is not misleading. Horrible customer service!!! The lady was Iris, stay away from Iris! She hates customers!!!!”

Definitely do not shop at this store and avoid going to it at all cost. 2.2 stars on yelp out shows how good of a store this really is. All the other ratings on google must be lying because of how they really treat their customers when something so simple comes up that can be fixed so easily and they need 3 WORKERS to come and help with it to instead harass the customer instead. Amazed their still opened. Dirty environment with worse workers I've ever seen by far. If I could give half a star, I would.”

”Worst target location I've been to in my entire life. Prices are on average 10-20% higher than the nearby store in East Hollywood and the staff is poorly trained. If you ever really need to get something from this specific location just order it through the app for in store pickup and you'll not only save time but also pay a much lower price. They're not allowed to match their own app/website prices in store and tell you to order everything for store pickup instead. Some items are even 35% more expensive in the store. It's a ridiculous management over there. The one in East Hollywood (Sunset Blvd) is a 5/5 Star store but this one is close to being a scam store.”
