”I don't know. The service is hit or miss depending on who is working. My daughter was a first time customer. The security guard told her she would get 20% off. Once in the back, we were charged full price and when we asked why, she said she forgot then she said she didn't know she was a new customer. Which one was it? We asked if she would get the discount next time or what because that was the point of going there. She told us she would make a note in the system so we did waiting and she just looked at us and told us she would do it later. I asked for someone else to talk to and she said we can talk to the security guard. We asked about it and he then I'm turn said oh you gotta spend $50. He didn't know how much we spent so that was alarming. When I asked him if he was making that up because he didn't say that in the beginning he said, no it changes. Which is suspect at best because this is not my first time here. Moral of the story, no discount and the budtender and security guard were full of it.”
