“The location is top-notch. Staff have been super helpful. The rooms are very modern and the atmosphere is unique and comfortable. We had a balcony room, but the view was mostly of commercial rooftops. Some of the balconies along the front would be much more attractive. Breakfast was quite slow for only one simple meal, but the food was excellent as was the cappuccino. The rooftop bar has a decent view of the city, but again a lot of commercial rooftops. The rooftop pool has a better view of 1st Street and cozy separate areas to relax. It's more of a splash pool as it is only 6 in deep.”

“We recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my overall experience was marred by significant issues with billing that have yet to be addressed by the management. The restaurant, though offering a pleasant ambiance, overcharged us on the night of our visit. We promptly paid the amount on our credit card, only to discover later that the same charge had been added to our room bill as well. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to the management via phone calls and emails, there has been no response or effort to rectify this error. Another financial hiccup involved a daily fee for the gym, which was closed during our stay. We were assured a refund, but once again, our attempts to follow up on this matter have gone unanswered. It seems that the hotel is quick to charge for various amenities, even for a simple cup of self-serve coffee in the morning, without providing the promised services. On a positive note, the hotel is well decorated, offering a comfortable and spacious room with a cozy bed. However, the thin walls are a significant drawback, allowing guests to hear everything happening in adjacent rooms. The bathroom, while serviceable, is smaller and somewhat outdated, with a few areas featuring dirty tile floors—more a result of age than neglect. I would hesitate to recommend this hotel, particularly if you plan to visit the restaurant. Be vigilant when checking your bill for accuracy, and be prepared for challenges if you need to dispute any charges. Despite the attractive decor and comfortable rooms, the lack of responsiveness and accountability from the management significantly tarnished my overall impression of this establishment.”

”We had the best time at Eden Vale Inn. We booked the Madrone room for my husband and I on our baby moon. It was so peaceful and quiet; we hardly left the room! We loved that everything was so organized; from the massages, to breakfast being delivered, to check out. We even got to soak in our own private patio tub. It was fabulous! And what made it even better was the fact that Eden Vale Inn has a package just for baby mooners!! So special. So thoughtful. We will certainly be back again. ”Very Disappointed in this hotel. While the room itself is fine and fits the price, I paid up front for the room which should be in favor of the hotel. Unfortunately, my plans changed and I had to leave a few days early. No credit was offered nor was I given or offered any points or any attempt to do anything for the customer. Why should anyone pay up front to help out the hotel when I saved a mere $5 for such bad service to a long time hyatt member and customer. Poor customer service to say the least.”

”Just returned to the East Coast from a 4 day stay at this beautiful property. This stay was absolutely amazing. The property is well kept and stunning with lavender and rosemary at every turn. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated and kept immaculately clean. They have thought of everything. Our dinner at the restaurant was like nothing we have ever experienced. It was absolutely delicious and well thought out. The Farmstand was also very good. We had lunch and breakfast there. The staff is friendly and super helpful. ”Just got back from a fantastic five night stay at the River Belle Inn. Before we even checked in, the wonderful Brianna, who knows Healdsburg like the back of her hand, helped us get reservations for places during the busy holiday season. The Inn itself is on a lovely spot by the river, with great views from the garden. The complimentary breakfast service was great and the daily happy hours were a fun way to hang with other guests over some excellent local wine. Will definitely be staying there again the next time we do a Sonoma wine tasting trip.”

”Great stay at the Hampton Inn while in the area for a business meeting. The staff member at the front desk was incredible; he was warm, welcoming, and going above and beyond expected service! He even offered to bring a meal service delivery up to my room while I was on an evening business call so that my food wouldn't get cold. Unfortunately, I can't recall his name. Room was spacious, clean and neat, although a bit tricky to figure out how to work the blinds (small button near the top automatically raises/lowers the blinds). Love that I could pick a room on the app, used advice from other reviews to get one away from street and parking lot. I was very pleasantly surprised at how great my stay here was.”

”Wow, I had a fantastic experience overall. From Check in with Mili to Karl and Renee at checkout. Specifically, I check out, I had realized the night before I forgot one very very important document. I asked the folks at the front desk if I emailed it to them I think it print it and without hesitation they said absolutely yes. Then after my business meeting I came back to the hotel even though I had checked out and I asked if they wouldn't mind if I changed my clothes since I was getting ready to travel. I said it would be no problem at all and would I like a bottle of water. This kind of service is not seen or delivered very often and the team at this particular Hilton Garden Inn needs to be recognized for it. Thank you!”

”We stayed there for 7 nights. Grandmother, adult son and adult grandson. The room was simple and clean, our room in particular had a small kitchenette with a microwave, but no oven, dishwasher or kitchen accessories, so we bought disposable plates and cups. The breakfast at the hotel was bagels and bread, a bit monotonous for so many days, but the breakfast lady was extremely nice so we wouldn't complain about the food. The hotel is almost on Walk and Fame so the location was very good. This is a reasonable hotel/motel located centrally in Hollywood. You could hire your own driver to take you around the city, Mr. Ifti, a very nice man, originally from India. We used him the last few days, but regretted not using him before. Much better to use him instead of the hop on hop off bus, or celebrity tour. We will definitely stay there on a later occasion, this because of the price and the location and the very nice staff.”

”Booked a last minute getaway trip. I was checked in by “L” who was courteous and welcoming. Had no issue pulling up my third party reservation. She provided me with instructions on how to get to my room and the availability of dining options on property. I was beyond parched and she generously offered me a complimentary bottled water for my guest and I. I would highly recommend this place. The room was recently renovated. The bed was up to standards and the business desk was perfect for getting some last minute stuff done. Bathroom was at standards and clean!!!! They have a mini fridge for your leftovers and a coffee machine in room.”
