“Booked a last minute getaway trip. I was checked in by “L” who was courteous and welcoming. Had no issue pulling up my third party reservation. She provided me with instructions on how to get to my room and the availability of dining options on property. I was beyond parched and she generously offered me a complimentary bottled water for my guest and I. I would highly recommend this place. The room was recently renovated. The bed was up to standards and the business desk was perfect for getting some last minute stuff done. Bathroom was at standards and clean!!!! They have a mini fridge for your leftovers and a coffee machine in room.”

“Stayed for a quick overnight and booked through Marriott. As a Platinum Elite I asked for a room upgrade, even though they should do it on their own, and he said he did upgrade me but it was the room category I booked. For 1 night we didn’t worry about it. Marriott always touts their status members but not at this property. The walls are thin and our neighbors kept us up most of the night while not even being that loud. I asked them to charge our EV and they said it was no problem. It wasn’t done. The rooms, lobby and grounds are well taken care and the location is great.”

“Beautiful location. Very clean, so close to downtown but in a sense removed (down a block or so) so it seems so peaceful and a great location for a getaway. Gym is very nice and they have a beautiful little walking path along the river. Has a nice bar and restaurant in house as well that even serves breakfast!”

”This is my favorite Hyatt that I’ve ever been to. I just love the location and the balconies in each and every room. I’ve been here several times in the last 2 years and upon checking in this time; I was given a personalized note and free snack and water. That was so nice. The room was very clean and the room service breakfast was really good. The bed is comfortable too. Thanks for a great stay everytime!”

”I stayed here overnight to kickoff my birthday vacation. Check-in was smooth and the woman at the front desk was super sweet. She explained that the destination fee of $30 could be used at the rooftop bar/restaurant and so my partner and I headed up to grab a quick bite since we hadn't eaten all day. We ordered the calabrese pizza and we liked it a lot. The salami was a little salty, but overall, we enjoyed the pizza. However, I woke up at 4am with the worst stomach pain and was throwing up and sick for hours. I could barely sleep since I kept having to run to the bathroom. My partner had to wake up to start working at 5:30am and so we were just taking turns running to the bathroom. I messaged through the Hilton app to give feedback on the pizza and our food poisoning we were dealing with. Jordan was very helpful and refunded the cost of the pizza and sent up some hot tea for us, which we appreciated. I did love the hotel and it was in a great location. However, the food poisoning derailed my birthday celebrations as I had to cancel reservations due to feeling sick and not being able to keep food down.”

”Very basic hotel convenient to the airport. It was clean and the staff was friendly. We stayed on December 30 and this seemed to be a holiday which meant that the restaurant was out of certain items and the cafe closed early. We keep trying different options at LAX and this one was acceptable but quite average although the breakfast was poor and poorly staffed. On the plus side, it is quiet and we had a good night’s sleep.”

”We have been to Yountville many times and drove by this hotel a lot. Finally got a chance to stay for a few days and WOW! Very impressed by the large rooms with vaulted ceilings and impeccable grounds. The pool has a beautiful setting with a great hot tub and bar. We did not get to use the Spa, but next time! The location is great too as it is a very short walk to everything in town. Can't wait to come back.”

”I loved the Cara restaurant and everything about it. The staff is the most welcoming, friendly, and truly kind that I think I've ever experienced. They were very accommodating too when we asked to be seated near the pool to have a better ambience of the place. The internal court has a restaurant with a pool, trees, and a seating area too. The restaurant is exceptional. The food was amazing and our experience was the best we ever had. Service across the hotel and restaurant is on point, with many staff going well out of their way to make sure the restaurant experiences are memorable. I felt happy every second we were there. We were there to celebrate my husband’s birthday and we are happy that we went to the best restaurant in LA.”
