Our tour guide was very well spoken and knowledgeable. Trail is sometimes steep, sometimes rocky so wear comfy shoes. Well worth the money. It's a great experience!”

“Service is excellent, doctors are great, quality care, gentle with my pups and very knowledgeable. A little pricey though: Medications through them are expensive too…for example: Vet prescribed Douxo S3 PYO Mousse and I was charged $50+ for it and it sells for $20 in Amazon.”

“My dog had what looked like a snake bite on his leg. I called Butterfied Animal Hospital and was told to bring him right in and they would see him. When we got there my dog was seen within 15 minutes. The doctor took her time and explained everything to me. She offered me three options and was very conscious of cost. She did NOT push the expensive route and didn't make me feel like I was a bad person regardless of my choice. After making my choice my dog went under a surgery within the hour. During the surgery things were worse than what we had originally had thought and planned for. The doctor did everything she could to resolve the issue and kept my dogs best interest at heart. And the best part is he is doing much better! Additionally she didn't charge me a dime more than originally quoted even though the surgery needed more work than previously planned. I'm thankful for Butterfield Animal hospital for keeping my dog safe! He's doing much better!!!”

I feel blessed to live close enough to use Local Bark. Last year I traveled almost 70% of the time for work. “I took my standard poodle in to have groomed. I had an appointment with the person who did it last time and was wonderful. Another woman said she would do it instead. Two hours latter they called me to come in and get her. She was shaking her ears which had been shaved raw along with her tail. This is not how you cut a poodle. I am so happy we got her out of there before this woman shaved her whole body. Run from here, don’t walk.”
