“We were there January 6-7 for the beer fest for my husbands 35th birthday. We had the pleasure of having Mialani L. As our front desk consultant. She made our experience from beginning to end FANTASTIC! Not only do I feel like she gave us the best corner room in the whole place as an upgrade, but she did everything with a smile and a great attitude! Thank you Mialani for providing a memorable weekend for us. The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable and spacious. The elevators worked well. The breakfast provided lots of options. We even spent quite some time at the outside bar and they were kind enough to make sure we were warm during our time outside. I will definitely be staying here next time we are in San Diego. Marriott you guys have a treasure with Mialani!!!!”

“The bed and pillows are uncomfortable, and everything in the room and the bathroom just looked old and dirty. The layout was also really strange as they put a shelf with the coffee, kettle and cups in the bathroom. The worst thing was the air conditioning. It was extremely loud, and it had a weird rattling noise. Besides that it took forever to warm up the room. I started it around 2 AM with max Temp (90F) and fan, and it was until 6 AM that I'm no longer freezing. Even after 6 it felt like the room temperature never got higher than 70F. Needless to say I didn't get much sleep that night, and for $130 I expected more than this. The regular check out time is 12 PM, and they let me do a late checkout at 2, which was nice. Still I wouldn't recommend this hotel.”

“Cute small rooms and a wonderful bakery downstairs. Very clean looking. Also has a wonderful ambiance in the shared spaces - fireplace in the lobby and nice patio furniture outside. The only small drawback is it's in a busy area so it's not dark or super quiet at night/early morning. We still got a good night's sleep though.”

“Very Disappointed in this hotel. While the room itself is fine and fits the price, I paid up front for the room which should be in favor of the hotel. Unfortunately, my plans changed and I had to leave a few days early. No credit was offered nor was I given or offered any points or any attempt to do anything for the customer. Why should anyone pay up front to help out the hotel when I saved a mere $5 for such bad service to a long time hyatt member and customer. Poor customer service to say the least.”

”Classy experience, if it were 1980. The room didn't have a single fan, the ACs fan did not work. Plugs for phone chargers were loose. Minor to moderate damages in the rooms. For almost 300$ a night it's not worth what I paid for. Plus breakfast was $18 and not included. I had to run a load of laundry and for the entire hotel, there was ONE washer and ONE dryer. Each cycle took $1.50 in quarters. Nice that it was pet friendly, but I would not recommend to stay here to my friends just because it's pricey and does not reflect my standards of class. I will say: the "garden" had some pretty plants and had an older over-grown look that was nice. I peaked at the venue center and it was pretty! But yet again, the rooms are small and over priced for damaged goods.”

”Great hotel if you’re traveling on a budget. Close to the beach, great views, very walkable, comfortable beds, very clean. However, it would be great if the laundry had a coin machine to get quarters for washing clothes. The front desk didn’t have coins to exchange and it would’ve been nice to get some for laundry. Overall, great experience and would definitely come back!”

”Great stay at the Hampton Inn while in the area for a business meeting. The staff member at the front desk was incredible; he was warm, welcoming, and going above and beyond expected service! He even offered to bring a meal service delivery up to my room while I was on an evening business call so that my food wouldn't get cold. Unfortunately, I can't recall his name. Room was spacious, clean and neat, although a bit tricky to figure out how to work the blinds (small button near the top automatically raises/lowers the blinds). Love that I could pick a room on the app, used advice from other reviews to get one away from street and parking lot. I was very pleasantly surprised at how great my stay here was.”

”Wow, I had a fantastic experience overall. From Check in with Mili to Karl and Renee at checkout. Specifically, I check out, I had realized the night before I forgot one very very important document. I asked the folks at the front desk if I emailed it to them I think it print it and without hesitation they said absolutely yes. Then after my business meeting I came back to the hotel even though I had checked out and I asked if they wouldn't mind if I changed my clothes since I was getting ready to travel. I said it would be no problem at all and would I like a bottle of water. This kind of service is not seen or delivered very often and the team at this particular Hilton Garden Inn needs to be recognized for it. Thank you!”

”Checking in was extremely easy, Brie was so helpful getting us settled after a long drive. Advised us of the daily breakfast offered, coffee available 24/7 in the lobby, the snack room, guest laundry facilities & gym. Our room was a 2 bedroom suite with full kitchen, the fireplace was so nice & cozy, comfortable beds & furnishings. Extremely clean & quiet complex, We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to San Jose. Encourages us to travel more & stay with Homewood suites / Hilton.”

”We've been here since September 2023. We have never stayed at a hotel where they offer such good services as Sonesta. More than 10 rooms are all Vietnamese who do not understand English fluently, but this this barrier does not prevent them from providing perfect support. They allocated the BBQ area and banquet room for us this holiday. It would have been hard to clean up after that, but Sonesta was happy to support us. ”Another great stay at a home2 suites. Stayed 6 nights with a guest and while the hot breakfast was limited there was an enormous amount of fresh muffins, bagels, cereal, yogurt and add ons. The staff still makes up the rooms daily and the front desk was very helpful in solving an initial problem (we caused). If the prices stay comparable once the Top Golf and Golf Course opens, we would stay here again. Note... The location gave us many paths to avoid the inhumane LA traffic.”

”The staff at this Hotel were a life saver! Cristina was wonderful when we called and informed her we had a bad experience at a different hotel and had to leave. She booked us three rooms for my family and I within minutes which was a huge relief to know we were going to have a place to stay that night. Cristina was extremely professional and nice to us. The hotel is clean, room are nice and beds are super comfortable. This hotel is a great example of what other hotels should be like. We will definitely be booking at this hotel next time we are in the Paso Robles area.”

”I usually don’t write reviews, however this establishment deserves one. We arrived early during an unexpected heat wave. 1:30p, regular check in is 4pm. they did an amazing job at getting a room prepped quickly for us. All parking is valet, so we never had to worry about if parking would be available or not. The staff are all incredibly friendly. The continental breakfast is good. We were there for 4 mornings and the breakfast switches a little each day to give a good variety of items. My kids loved the sausage, bacon and the different waffles batters. Loved having different juice options. Room was very clean, never had a hard time getting extra clean towels. Pool was heated and open until 10p every night which was perfect to night swim after the sun went down. Bed was a little harder than I like, but all in all it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.”
