“Fabulous stay! Clean, compact, and welcoming. After checking in at the chalet building, we went to our room on the second floor of the hotel building. Easy access. Clean. The shower floods the bathroom if you're not careful, but it was still fine. Hot rubs right outside our window were not a noise problem. Awesome breakfast buffet. Lovely Restaurant Mika across the street. Perfect place to stay if you're dining at Fridheimar.”

“well I was in the area and I don't typically go around that side but I remembered that they have the fried chicken that is the recipe from the farm fresh restaurant grocery stores that were in our area unfortunately I was a little bit too late for me to get it this evening but I will be back I bought some crab legs and some muscles and some long green beans I can't wait to try those is a great place to explore new and exciting items! The deli does close at 6:30 so if you want to get that chicken you gotta get in there early, but hey gotta do what you Gotta do right? their produce section is excellent!”

He did it with a smile even though I know he interrupted his duties just to see that I got the best help possible. I was also helped by a young woman (but I failed to get her name) in the diary department (yoghurt) who also was well informed about her work. You have hired some great people! Kudos to Kroger's!”

”Got to the store 5 minutes prior to the suppose to be close time “12 am” and NORMAN stood at the door and told me they were closed because he has to do a store walk. I explained all I needed was one item and knew exactly where it was, he didn’t care proceeded to close the door while I was talking, great customer service. And no this review is not left off emotions as I got what i needed elsewhere. I’ve been to numerous of Kroger’s prior to closing and never had this issue.”

”This grocery store never has any cashiers working in the early morning, and the self-checkout always has problems. This requires an employee to come over and fix whatever the problem is. I have worn 5.11's for decades and was glad to have this store so close. One employee, 'Nick', was nothing short of outstanding. He greeted us as we walked into the store and asked if he could help us with anything. I asked a few questions and found him to be genuinely friendly/pleasant, efficient, helpful, and intelligent/fast on the uptake. He was invested in his job & 5.11. He knew about some of the stores in locations where I had previously lived and even the individual store backgrounds. Truly a 'Five Star' shopping experience, both available items and service.”

”This store is considered an "Upscale grocery store chain"...(it says on their website),and yes... partially it is truth. It has a good variety of produces, some items are available just at this store, and cannot be find anywhere else. It has a good music... everything is really fresh (and so on). But...everything what has to do to customers service, it is really bad. Yes, a lot of employees are nice and friendly (probably because that is who they are, and not because it is part of companies standards), but, it is clear for me that management does not teach the stuff. I can't understand why is it the issue at "upscale grocery store" to make a package of sliced ham specifically for you. I asked one day to cut it for me, and guy asked:"why can you not just take that one what I already cut one hour ago?" Another issue...if you buying a big package of water, nobody (even if your cashier is guy 20-25 years old) really want to help you to put it on your cart for you. Oddly enough, at Trader joe's (what is not considered an upscale store) all employees do it without asking. I don't want to blame the guy who served me at check out today. I understand if that your first job (or something like that)l, and management does not give you any instructions of what you should do, you can feel confused”

”Don't have a service dog but want to bring ole fluffy in anyway? No problem! Kroger LOVES for you to bring your dog in! In fact get the cart all nice comfy for your dog and then head straight to the produce section. I hope someone brings in their Mastiff one day or heck why not your pet bird/cat/rat? ALL animals are allowed. The service dog only sign at the front is just a little inside joke ;) Kroger also likes to not respond to messages/concerns about animals in the store so don't bother. Kroger is just above the law I guess. My favorite dog was the Chihuahua running around off-leash and no collar barking at people. I unfortunately don't have that gem of a photo to share. Shucks.”

”OK variety. Store has been rearranged recently, so it's a bit easier to maneuver your way around. I stopped buying produce here --- the quality doesn't match the price or even half the price. The sales can be great. We always have an issue trying to redeem fuel points and lose about a dollar a month as a result. There's some super nice people who work there. The self checkouts can be a nightmare because of their size when you have a full order.”

”It is always good to run across a Kroger store when you are traveling. This store is located in a strip shopping center that has several very active stores in it. It became like a one-stop shopping area for us today. The produce was fresh and the selection was very good. We found this store had a good selection of meat and dairy products as well.”
