“Milk bread was delicious- our server was great! Nice atmosphere (well decorated for Christmas). Our entrees took a bit longer than we would have liked to come out. They were all pretty good- steak special for 2 was the favorite. Mushroom toast was colder than I expected. Both glasses of wine we had were very good. I thought it was well priced for what it was, and would come back.”

“The worst pernil I've ever had. I stopped in because this place was recommended. I decided to just try a side of pernil. It initially came with a green garlic sauce, I asked the server for it without the sauce as it didn't look too appealing. He seemed annoyed at the request but did grant my wish. He gave me a new order. I didn't try it until i got home, the food was salty yet dry and hard...it tasted 3 days old at least. Never again!”

The drink came out quickly, and beer was cold. Indoor dining near a big window on a hot day is perfect. The food was good and the menu selection was large. Casual and an easy choice to make.”

”The setup has changed since I last visited. It is no longer a dine in restaurant. It's carryout only. It's not a bad thing. Grab some food and find a place to sit by the water. There is a river, a lake, an inlet an ocean and a bay within five minutes from here. So your food won't even be cold when you get there. Now let me tell you about the food. Everything on the menu is fantastic. My favorite it the Jerk Chicken Burrito. It's huge by the way and loaded with meat cabbage with rice and beans. The jerk chicken is tender and bursting with flavor. The coco milk rice and beans are a good balance of flavor and an excellent add on in the burrito. My other choice is the Cuban Calypso. It's loaded with pork and bacon on a nice sized piece of cocobread and pressed. This thing is so damn good! So if you are by there and lucky enough to catch them open. Stop in and grab some food to go. I promise you will not be disappointed. Hell even Guy loved it!”

”We discovered this place while on a trip to Massanutten VA and were excited to check it out. Parking was a tad difficult, especially depending on what time you go, so be sure to give yourselves time to walk from the parking lots to the building. We were seated and our orders were taken quickly. It was a relaxed atmosphere with a younger crowd. They have many interesting flavors of margaritas. We tried the coconut and the blueberry basil margaritas, both of which were wonderful. We each tried three different tacos to get a few unique flavors. Unfortunately, we weren't overly impressed with the tacos. They were small and overpriced for the amount that you get. The seasoning wasn't quite up to par. However, there is a lot of potential in the concept, and the combinations sound great together (I love trying unique flavors). Maybe the chef was feeling off the day we went, so I am giving 4 stars for the tasty margaritas and potential for great unique tacos.”

”A good go to spot for a quick meal! This reminds me of a restaurant I used to go to in college that I loved. The ranch is delicious and I love that there’s the option to make burritos enchilada style. I put the hot salsa on top along with some shredded cheese which was then topped with their ranch. It sounds weird but it goes so well together. I think the chicken was ok, it was a little dry and not too flavorful. Instead of the fire grilled chicken I’ll come back to try their pollo asado. The quantity is pretty big so I was able to have leftovers for another meal. Overall a solid spot for dinner on the go.”

”There is plenty of parking. It often smells like urine when you come in. It appears clean so I'm not sure where this smell comes from. They offer the typical chips and salsa when your seated. The cup is not even half full of salsa and if you ask for more, it seems to be an issue. The menu is decent with various options. There are some non Mexican items for kids or those not a fan of Mexican. There are two sides to the restaurant. The outside wall is typically staffed by the female server who appears to be on her A game. The inside wall near the restrooms is usually staffed by the man who seems to just be existing. He doesn't really talk and when you ask for something he typically shrugs his shoulders and walks away. For example, we ordered fajitas and didn't get the tortilla shells when the order arrived. When we asked about this, he brough the menu over and pointed where it said that it came with tortillas, and said yeah before walking away. We never got the tortillas. We ordered guacamole ($5), and got a small container with a few teaspoons of guacamole.”
