”I have to admit, when I recently traded in my Nissan for an Infinity, I was quite apprehensive. The Service Department at Passport Nissan was superb and over the years I had come to rely on their knowledge and professionalism. So being told I had to go somewhere else when I traded up was more than a bit concerning. Fortunately, my fears were unfounded. I just brought my car in to Passport Infinity in for some significant maintenance and was more than pleasantly surprised. I made the appointment with Lawrence in Service on Thursday and went over all the work needed and the cost. I came in the following Monday and everything was done ahead of schedule and not over the estimated price. And while I waited, Michelle in Sales saw to it I had some coffee and all my questions about the current Infinity line were answered. Other members of the staff came by to say hello as well.
