“Wednesday night in downtown Winchester is a great dining experience. Many fine restaurants to pick from. The staff at El Centro was great and very. knowledgeable when it came to food and drinks. ”We discovered this place while on a trip to Massanutten VA and were excited to check it out. Parking was a tad difficult, especially depending on what time you go, so be sure to give yourselves time to walk from the parking lots to the building. We were seated and our orders were taken quickly. It was a relaxed atmosphere with a younger crowd. They have many interesting flavors of margaritas. We tried the coconut and the blueberry basil margaritas, both of which were wonderful. We each tried three different tacos to get a few unique flavors. Unfortunately, we weren't overly impressed with the tacos. They were small and overpriced for the amount that you get. The seasoning wasn't quite up to par. However, there is a lot of potential in the concept, and the combinations sound great together (I love trying unique flavors). Maybe the chef was feeling off the day we went, so I am giving 4 stars for the tasty margaritas and potential for great unique tacos.”

”A good go to spot for a quick meal! This reminds me of a restaurant I used to go to in college that I loved. The ranch is delicious and I love that there’s the option to make burritos enchilada style. I put the hot salsa on top along with some shredded cheese which was then topped with their ranch. It sounds weird but it goes so well together. I think the chicken was ok, it was a little dry and not too flavorful. Instead of the fire grilled chicken I’ll come back to try their pollo asado. The quantity is pretty big so I was able to have leftovers for another meal. Overall a solid spot for dinner on the go.”

”Absolutely LOVED the food! My husband and I came in on a Monday night after a long day and everything was amazing! The waitress was so nice and she recommended amazing selections. The chips and salsa were great and we tried the chancho, shrimp, asada tacos and chicken enchilada- and the rice and beans. And Mexican cokes in glass bottles. Everything exceeded our expectations and it was our first time trying Don Sebas and it was delicious! We also tried the Tamarindo drink that our waitress recommended and that was delicious as well! Don Sebas is a gem! We also really enjoy the laid back atmosphere of the restaurant. We’ll be back for sure!”

”This place is an experience you should enjoy! I love the atmosphere! The people here are very friendly and are happy to answer any questions about the menu. We started with a cup of soup. It happened to be the broccoli and cheese soup today. It is the richest, creamiest soup you have ever tasted. Smooth, rich flavor. And for $1.59 for a cup it is a great starter to your meal! TRY IT! Next up the double cheeseburger combo. Fries are a good portion of crispy, crinkle cut fries. The burger was good! The magic mike was good. It didn't not have much chili on it. It did have a nice flavor if you got a bite of everything together. The cheese fries were a huge disappointment. They look good when they come to the table, but it appears just a piece of American cheese is melted over top. Once it cools it is hard and when you try to get a fry it breaks in the process. I will come back and try something else, but not cheese fries.”

”There is plenty of parking. It often smells like urine when you come in. It appears clean so I'm not sure where this smell comes from. They offer the typical chips and salsa when your seated. The cup is not even half full of salsa and if you ask for more, it seems to be an issue. The menu is decent with various options. There are some non Mexican items for kids or those not a fan of Mexican. There are two sides to the restaurant. The outside wall is typically staffed by the female server who appears to be on her A game. The inside wall near the restrooms is usually staffed by the man who seems to just be existing. He doesn't really talk and when you ask for something he typically shrugs his shoulders and walks away. For example, we ordered fajitas and didn't get the tortilla shells when the order arrived. When we asked about this, he brough the menu over and pointed where it said that it came with tortillas, and said yeah before walking away. We never got the tortillas. We ordered guacamole ($5), and got a small container with a few teaspoons of guacamole.”
