“Dr Johnson and his associates take great care to make me comfortable as a patient and make sure that I understand the work being done. They also do very good dental work. I’ve been coming here for almost 20 years and would recommend this practice to anyone, especially those who might have some anxiety around visiting the dentist. Dr Johnson has been my primary dentist but when I’ve had to see other dentists, they have been just as good as he. The dental work I’ve had here has been well done and if adjustments are needed they are handled quickly. This practice has grown with the times and incorporated new treatment technologies. All of the staff take the time to answer questions and they are very kind. The office is also very efficient and whenever I call whether it be weekend or during business hours I’m able to Get in touch with someone. they have a little book, called bits and pieces that I love to pick up when I’m there and share with others. It’s a small paper booklet filled with positive stories and sayings. This is one of the many personal touches that this practice has provided to patients over the years that contributes to a warm and welcoming environment I feel. They also send me birthday cards! The dental assistants and front desk staff staff are all very friendly and polite to patients and each other.”

Zero Communication when we went to the back they took x rays and that was it. We never had the chance to express what was going on with my daughter’s mouth. We never even got to see anyone, but the x ray tech which never spoke at all to us.”

I don’t remember the doctors name but she was very kind and had cat vans on. she was gentle with timothy despite his stubborn ways. she sent us on our way with some antibiotics for his respiratory problems and since then i’ve noticed a big difference. he’s eating his food in one sitting. he’s active. he’s able to sleep more comfortably as well. he’s been catching up on some sleep actually haha. also the front desk staff here is amazing, patient, and very accommodating thank u.”

When researching the problem on my part, they quickly (within 1 month) sent case to collections. I paid 100% out of pocket because someone in office said covered (she has since been fired I was told). No apology, no responsibility taken. Office staff was unknowledgeable, misleading, careless and unprofessional. No one did their job in this case. Will never recommend Konikoff Dentistry to anyone I know. ”The office is great. It’s very kid friendly with toys and activities to occupy them during the short waiting periods. We never had to wait long and we were seen right on schedule and finished within an hour which is great seeing as all 3 of my kids were being seen. All of the staff was very friendly and so kind to my children. Everyone was very knowledgeable and professional. I did feel a bit rushed during conversations with the doctor but he did take the time to answer my questions even though he was obviously very busy. ”Painful laser procedure, significant eye pressure and infection following. After calling this office to report the symptoms, Dr Fein said through a tech that she can’t address infection and refused to even see the eyes; she then told us to find an ophthalmologist despite pain, swelling and blurred vision, on a Friday afternoon. After calling around we were SO lucky Dr. David Chow could see my husband and waited after hours to help. After examining him and sharing strong concern, Dr Chow called this office and urged that we be seen right away for follow up, and told us to “show up” at 9am on Sat since no one would make us an appointment. We did and after two hours, we were seen by the resident who did the procedure. He suggested my husband “might” have conjunctivitis. He also agreed he had dangerously high pressure but only suggested drops. No explanation from anyone why Dr Fein refused to see a patient in distress following a procedure, no idea if it really is conjunctivitis, no explanation or advice as to what to do if this isn’t conjunctivitis, no follow up from any of the attendings or management, no idea why the pressure is so high. No nothing but some drops and the door. Absolutely horrible care. Why risk your eyes with a team that ignored a patient, refused to provide after care and offered very very poor patient support ?”

”Sketchy business. I went to ACD for wisdom tooth extraction which went well, so I went back for a regular check in. I had an awful experience! During the cleaning of my teeth, they used a drill. It was very invasive and an extremely long time. It was also painful at times when it was used on my gums. This left my teeth sensitive to cold for a full month and made it difficult to drink cold water. Then the actual dentist came in. She told me I had 10 cavities. She said my bridge was the worst bridge she had ever seen and I needed a brand new one. Then she started picking away at my fillings saying my old fillings were no good and I needed to get them redone. I went back to my old dentist afterwards who told me I had zero cavities..”
