“Overall, I loved the place. The Seafood Spinach Dip was delicious and it was the perfect size for 2 day daters. My wife enjoyed the French toast and it came with blueberrys and Walnuts. I ordered the shrimp and grits and that was delicious as well, however I will say that I wasn't a fan of the sausage. It didn't seem to have much flavor. The St. Germine Spritz was also very refreshing. We had a great time. Looking forward to visiting again during dinner and having a few drinks!”

“We were visiting from NJ and a friend invited us to brunch there, eagerly excited to try. Jess our server was phenomenal!! The restaurant offered a variety of options. However, the restaurant does not accommodate individuals who do not eat pork, which is completely unacceptable. Spoke to the manager and he stated the bacon couldn’t be put on a separate plate or removed completely , it was considered modifying. Modifications can not be done on the weekends, this was a Sunday. Consider changing your policy to a more feasible and logical way of doing business please, it’s really irrational. It’s in a very nice location too.”

I was greeted kindly and promptly. I appreciated having a place to park too. Nice quaint diner ambiance with both booth and table seating. I had the biscuits with gravy which were wonderful. I had my share of biscuits & gravy and this place held its own. The eggs were scrambled as I asked and the potato wedge home fries were tasty. The manager was kind enough to bring me extra gravy. I love to soak my biscuits in gravy.”

The french toast was sweet & had a whole banana sliced which we loved! the diner is HUGE and was quite empty when we went. our waiter was nice and ensured our coffees were filled and that we enjoyed our meals. will definitely return!”

”Casual dining in Scott's Addition. Our son brought us here for lunch, and it quickly became my favorite restaurant in SA. Great atmosphere with different types of seating, including outdoors. Clientele was diverse and servers welcoming. The menu had lots of delicious choices. We had the 2 eggs (topped with grated machego cheese) with fried chicken (crispy skin and very tender chicken thigh), lemon Pistacio salad with fried chicken on top and the lamb papas bowl with a pitcher of pineapple mimosas. And topped it off by sharing an order of each of the 4 desserts!! Everything was very delicious with great service and attention to customer needs. We'll be back to try other delicious options!”

”Attended a birthday dinner in the semi-private room. We had a fixed menu. I enjoyed the Bayou salad and crab fritters. I didn't care for the alligator bites or goat cheese on salad. I love the Shrimp & Grits. I didn't like the Bourbon cookies, they were burnt on bottom and didn't like the drink that accompanied them for dipping. I don't like Bread Pudding, but their pudding is tasty.”

”Excellent service and an interesting location and atmosphere. This is a well established local hangout that seems to have a lot of repeat business (statement made in watching the interactions of hostesses and patrons over the course of an hour or so). The food is acceptable and was well prepared. There are some unique options that are worth trying. The Triple B (a burger with grilled sliced pineapple, cheese, and some teriyaki sauce) was a very interesting and delicious combination though the sauce must have been only in the hole of pineapple and sealed in by the melted cheese because I didn't taste it until I got to the center of the burger and it gushed out into sweet savory mess. Fries are typical commercial small cut (not quite shoe string) that were freshly cooked and generous. - Hostesses and wait staff are very friendly and demonstrate eagerness to serve.”
