Went back today for their delicious ice coffee and started chatting again with the owner. I told him we were in town for NY Eve and he asked where we were staying I told him. Well long story short he gave me a huge box filled with donuts for the Staff at the Hilton. Not only that, a very nuce young man (his son) helped me to my truck. “This has truly become one of my favorite breakfast places in Ballston area. The sandwiches are great, the bowls are great and the donuts are great! Heck, even the drinks are great. I truly can’t say anything bad about it. It is quite popular and sometimes it might be hard to find seating indoors because of this. However there are outdoor seating and the foods are also packaged in a way that you can easily take them out and eat somewhere else. Overall, great food place!”

The scoop size is generous, and they allow you to split your scoop(s) into 2 flavors! They have multiple cone styles/ flavors to choose to crown with creamy goodness. They will hand pack pints "to go" as well. The staff are quick and kind (I accidentally dropped a ring on my last visit, and they were quick to search the floors and bathroom to help me locate my sentimental treasure). The decor is quirky and fun, and the atmosphere is quite clean and inviting. I HIGHLY recommend!”

I ordered ham and Swiss and an Italian sausage one, cup of coffee (they have flavored coffees) and a water. My kids ate the ham and cheese and I LOVED how they diced the ham so it was easy for the kids to eat. I WILL be back. Everything was served hot but not burning-mouth hot. ”This is not a New York slice. And you know what. I'm ok with it. It's still a thin crust. It still has a good bite. The crust holds up to the toppings. It's delicious. The crust is so unique. It's soft and crisp at the same time. Like the top of pot pie. This is the kind of place that celebrates ingredients. The mushrooms and spiach were fresh, not frozen. Their pies aren't fancy, just delicious. I think this place was a cool place for an outdoor pizza picnic. And hey! They have pies!”

The biscuits and gravy was the best I’ve ever had and my non gluten free friend agreed. The cinnamon twist was good and the crepe. Going back I’d order the pumpkin roll and biscuits and gravy over and over again. Nutella strudel also amazing. I’d had it at a cafe in the city and didn’t realize they bought from this place. WOW. Prices were reasonable. Employees were kind—the cashier offered to refrigerate my rolls while I ate my meal. There’s a sit down area inside, be aware it gets busy on the weekend and the line can be out the door. Can’t wait to be back on the East coast to go here again!! He recommended the Avocado Minichangas (very similar to, but better than, the southwest egg rolls at a major restaurant that will not be named)which were really yummy. The habanero mango chutney was very good for dipping (ordered extra) and wasn't hot at all for those with sensitive pallets. Was too full to order a meal after that so I had chips, salsa, queso and guac. Guacamole was not the best I have ever had, but it was good. Queso was a good flavor but a bit runny. For beverage, I had their spicy margarita that came with slices of fresh jalapeño. Ok....confession....I had two. I would recommend the spicy matlrgarita but for those that are a bit sensitive to heat, you might want to choose a different option. Atmosphere was great and festive for a chilly February day. Love the bar decor and vibe. Ofunny. Definitely recommend!”

I got a single with the half order of fries and a chocolate milk shake (~$22). It was all fantastic! The burger tasted great. A note of caution: I got the HALF order of fries - see the picture. I can't imagine what the full order looks like! Well, you can't go wrong because the fries were great too. I'd definitely recommend Market Burger!”
