Breakfast was top drawer (love that there was a the pancake machine instead of the waffle maker like most places have). If we are in the area again for another function this is where we will stay”

”I stayed there with my college-age son on Sat and Sun, Nov 11th and 12th, 2023. The two front desk people who were on duty while we were there could not have been more helpful and friendly. My son was sick and we were both a bit stressed and worried about that. I went to the two on-duty people on several occasions with various needs and questions and they were always very cheerful and accommodating with me even when it was a busy time (like Sunday morning check-out). I hope they are appreciated and rewarded for their good-natured service. The cleaning person for our floor (3rd floor) was also very sweet and helpful. Aside from the people, the hotel was clean, the breakfast food was great, the beds were comfortable, and the clothes washers and driers worked well!”

”I called the front desk (actual front desk) and requested a roll a way bed, the lady told me yes she would put the request in. When we got there, I was told they don't even carry roll a way beds. My husband ended up sleeping on the floor so all our kids could have the 2 beds. Meghan was very nice at check in and nice getting me a whole set of sheets/comforters so he could sleep on the floor. Next day, (11/18/23 first shift) I asked the lady for a key to my room..she gave me the key without asking my name or id, nothing. She just gave me a key. So unsafe to be handing out keys without confirming names on reservations. The room was very nice, big with a whole kitchen, and great bed. The bathroom was not very clean. The tub had 3 black hairs in it and the toilet seat had something yellowish/brownish on it. I cleaned it all with my own cleaning wipes and spray. Not a great hotel for big families with lots of kids. No pool and the breakfast area AND breakfast bar is very small. The breakfast lady on 11/18/23 was friendly and did a good job keeping food stocked.”

Hot and muggy on the inside. Someone cooked food and burnt the food and smells up the whole place with no ac to vent. Also seemed like smoke detectors were not installed. Ridiculous now days”

”Really really enjoyed this stay. Everything is so clean and well thought of in its design. Large squirt pumps in the bathroom for ample soap and lotion usage. No more little bottles good for one use. So many outlets everywhere. Breakfast is honestly really nice and they have a 24 hr snack desk with too many options to list (including beer). Staff was wonderful morning and night. By far best in between stay hotel I’ve had. Lots of work spaces in the lobby if you need to do work or school which I very much utilized and appreciated. It’s honestly the best one in town. We stayed in another one on our way down to our vacation and was no where as clean or nice as this one.”
