The job of doing what I wanted to do with my hair was complex to say the least and she didn’t bat an eyelash even with my hair being very long! She gave me exactly what I wanted. She kept my natural color intact while blending in the grays, it was as important to her to preserve my natural color as it was to me. This hair color will also be low maintenance which I also requested. She was able to achieve a little bit of bright pop while also keeping it neutral and soft. All my friends were completely in love with the results! While I was there I saw 4 other ladies getting their hair colored by her crew and let me tell ya they ALL were very happy and looked great! One lady said “I’m Glad I trusted you” to her colorist and I feel the same way!”

”I moved to the area a few months ago and received a personal recommendation for Helen at this salon. At my first appointment, after waiting 25 minutes past my appointment time, I had to leave. The salon didn't apologize -- they simply rebooked me. If you work FT like me, this is a problem. But I am new to the area and thought it best to offer a second chance. At my second appointment, things went alright. The service started only 10 minutes past my appointment time, and although two nails needed to be redone, we got there in the end. My third appointment was just... bad. She cut my skin twice to the point that it bled, and she painted polish all over my cuticles and my skin (telling me to "just wash my hands a lot, that it would come off"). Don't waste your money.”
