“Excellent!! One of the best hotels we've stayed in and *the* best Hampton Inn. The service is exceptional. The rooms are clean and well-kept. Smart use of space overall. They have stand-up showers, which is such a helpful thing, and the water pressure is amazing. The overall hotel and grounds are clean and well-cared for. The bed comfort leaves a little to be desired, but, hey...whatever. 🤷🏿‍♀️ Everything else in comparison is a WIN!!! 🤗 The hotel is in a great location...very easy to find and get to. ”Love this hotel. I was late for breakfast my first day and they had closed but people were still seated and food still out. They didn't HAVE to let me in but Joanne did. She was so nice and accommodating. It was such a kind gesture that genuinely didn't affect her but she could have stuck to the cutoff time, saying no and forcing me to go somewhere else and just setting my day back. These small things are what sets hotels apart and can really put a bump in someone's day. I loved the customer service here and whenever I am in the area, this will be my preferred place. The rooms are updated, AC works. The beds could be a little but comfier but not a big deal.”

It was more than a room - it was comfortable, spacious, and private. And the breakfast - delicious! The grounds were so peaceful, too. Wanda was accommodating and so kind. ”I had a real bad experience here tonight The front desk lady was extremely rude and loud. She was coming in to the conversation I was having with someone else said card was declined even thought it wasn’t and I requested for a king size bed but not available at the time the other staff was going to change to. She finally brought a manager and the manager said the rude front desk lady was only 17 and we should understand the circumstances. We asked the manager to have 17 years old front desk lady to apologize but manager said can’t be done. Manager only offered if we want any other accommodation. Regardless of age, manager should teach how to be patient and polite to customers in any situation iso showing attitudes with no mannerisms.”

”Hotel was very modern and clean. I was impressed as soon as we entered. We had a single king sized room, a bit small but you’re mostly there to sleep anyways. Bathroom had quality (Dove) lotion, shampoo, conditioner etc in larger bottles and not the travel size hotel style soaps. Bed was comfortable and cozy. All the staff we encountered were friendly and approachable. Would stay here again or any other Avid hotel if available on any future getaways!”
