“We got off on this exit for the Mexican restaurant for lunch down the road but as we passed the Dutch pantry is was busy outside and I looked up what this place was on goggle and had great reviews and it mentioned they had sandwiches. Needless to say but we turned around and had an excellent lunch. My daughter had a burger and my husband me and my son all had sandwiches and they were great! We also bought some sweet goodies while we were here. So worth the stop! Yumm! Thanks guys!”

“Went here to grab comfort food after running errands alls day. Well, this place has a cool retro vibe and very popular! We were seated right away and greeted by our waitress. The menu offered a variety of classic American Cuisine. I ordered classic grilled cheese. It was delicious! No greasy, blend of cheese. Hefty portions as well. Diner style I guess. Definitely check this place out if you want a casual meal and outdoor seating is available all year long.”

“A unique bar and outdoor "fest" seating area decked out like German fest tent. A great selection of German brews, probably the best I've seen in one place, with a few American crafts thrown in. There's a food truck sitting out front that cooks up a selection of fest- like food. I much enjoyed their pork schnitzel and bratwurst. Seemed to be very popular in an otherwise empty strip center. I had a dark German lager (2 not a stark bier) that was an easy drink. German biers are never filling, just a great drink.”

The dining area isn’t big, but you can tell that they have had a lot of customers over the years. People were continually arriving while we were there. Portions are generous and everything came out piping hot. I'd pass on the hummus appetizer. It's very tasty but sparse portions. Spartans is the closest to a local diner, so easy food for everyone. I think the decor and vibe could be modernized. It's a little dark and cramped inside and with a face lift to brighten up the place, they'd easily see more customers. Also, Spartans could diversify the kids menus beyond an all-fried set of options which isn't healthy (they are delicious, though). Perhaps carrots or peas and broccoli?”

Great welcome when you walk in the door, nice selection in the menu and decor is a museum with various pictures from different famous people. Baja chicken wrap was recommended and had fries with them. Was expecting fries be fresh cut there but they are bag fries, still cooked good and crispy. My sandwich was OK, not much flavor for being called Baja Chicken, I did like that my chicken was hot. I'll sure try place again during next visit & try different sandwich to see if it's better.”
