“The goat curry we ordered was amazing. Spice level - spicy. Unapologetic Indian spiciness made the curry go well with rice. Not the best sweet lassi that we have had. The rice that came with the curry was cooked well. The service here is second to none. We asked for lemon to add to the goat curry and for served with onions, lemons and chili (typical in any restaurant in India). Very close to the highway. Parking next to the restaurant can be validated. So free parking.”

He would bring us our drinks without us having to ask, he would check in on us at the perfect time ( what I mean by that is he would look at us before walking over to make sure he wasn’t interrupting a important conversation) he was just amazing all the way around. The food was so good that we ate all of our appetizer and meals (chefs kiss). Overall this atmosphere was very intimate and comfortable. Truly amazing through and through. Both items were made fresh on the spot which I appreciate because I have to other cafes where the chicken is premade and kept under a warmer. The chicken was well seasoned and juicy. Nice portions! I normally don’t like chicken breast but I really enjoyed the tenderness of the chicken here. They marinated it well. Place was very clean and typical of a fast food place. It’s a great place for quick bite or pickup.”

Upon making our reservation, their policy on Tock stated there’s a two hour seating limit. However as we were eating they were trying to kick us out within an hour of our dinner service. Although it was their last reservation slot for the day, don’t offer reservations that late if you don’t want to stay late. Omakase was just below average. I felt like the price being charged didn’t reflect the quality and courses we received. We ordered a few additional menu items and nothing really stood out. I don’t recommend this place.”

“I finally made it out to their Pasadena location and I am very happy I did. The wait time in line was only about 15 minutes on a Friday afternoon after 1pm. I was afraid there wouldn't be any seats, but their staff promptly gave me a table and seat. The service here is very friendly and accommodating. Wonderful. The chicken is that spicy flavorful punch to the face I remember it to be. The spice level from medium to hot is quite the jump so burn baby burn is an accurate description. I'm also please the waffles are also great, light, crunchy and needed to help with a spicy and sweet bite. The fried pickles were also a great side to give you a nice sour bite to cleanse the palette. Next time I'll try their banana pudding and few other of their odds and ends.”
