My wife & I both had headaches the next morning. We will need to bring our own next time. 30$ for chocolate covered strawberries & sparkling grape juice 💸. Also, the breakfast is extra $$ if you want a decent breakfast. Room was 66 degrees 🥶 when we got there, in spite of having listed our preferred temperature on their questionnaire. Overall a great place, but a few misses”

Their cocktail selection is great and the food really delivered above my expectations. Their little coffee and bakery is also a must go. I had an issue with my reservation and the front desk manager, Fara, resolved it over the phone quickly and was super friendly. At our past visits, every staff person we've encountered has been wonderful. The food at the restaurants is always tasty and the surroundings are so cozy and beautiful. My kids love coming for the movie theater, the game room, the ice skating rink, the indoor/outdoor pool and more. This place is truly unique. We can't wait to be back!”

“We arrived at the hotel with a lot of luggage. There were 2 hotel employees standing outside at the valet stand and neither one greeted us or offered any help with the luggage. Not a big deal but a sign of the type of service we could expect. When we got to the room it looked nice and the water view was beautiful. But then we found the remote was sticky. The floor was sticky. Water pressure terrible. Paper thin walls. Room next door had at least 10 people having an extremely loud party. We called downstairs, they said they’d call security, but we were kept awake until around 2:30 because of the noise. In the morning we were trying to leave but our car was blocked in for 15 min because the valet left 2 cars blocking the only exit.”

“Stayed with a friend for a two-week vacation, in a room with two double beds. The room was clean, in good shape, and surprisingly spacious (closet space is limited though). The staff are excellent, and housekeeping is amazingly prompt. The hotel is also in a great location, within walking distance of much of midtown Manhattan and with easy access to the 6 train. City noise was noticeable but not ridiculous. Our room faced 27th St., so an interior room would probably be quieter. Overall this is a fantastic hotel! I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would definitely return.”

“I stayed here for two nights with my 5 yo daughter. We had a great stay. I love this location. Close to the hotspots of south beach, but just off the beaten path of crazy… and still right on the beach. The room was wonderful (1 bedroom king suite) except the windows didn’t open. Special shout out to Andre at the front desk who was a perfect blend of kindness and professionalism. He offered us a new room for our second night, but packing up and moving seemed like a lot , so we stayed in our very comfortable room. The hotel was clean and well appointed. The happy hour offered some of the best value I’ve found in a high end Hilton in a major city. I had a misunderstanding with my Hilton Diamond food credit and Debra accommodated me thoughtfully. Good pool area. This is an expensive hotel, a little higher end than others I’ve stayed in on the beach, but it was worth the extra for me. Highly recommended.”

“Our overall experience at this property was excellent! The location is ideal for proximity to the mountain and skiing, and the on-site heated parking was a great bonus. Our top-floor room was spacious with soaring ceilings, featuring a delightful balcony and fireplace. The room’s larger mini fridge and small sink proved very convenient for snacks, leftovers, and beverages. Kudos to the phenomenal housekeeping team for maintaining a clean and comfortable room throughout our stay. Returning to a fresh-smelling room with crisp sheets and towels was a daily pleasure. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. However, the bed could have been more comfortable. The major inconvenience was the semi-operational elevator in our building, requiring staff assistance, leading to some frustration in navigating the property. Nevertheless, the staff handled this with utmost professionalism. Hopefully Hyatt can prioritize fixing the elevator issues so that guests can navigate the property without having to fetch a staff member repeatedly.”
