“Visited January 2nd. Very long drive from Whitefish. I do not know what I think of this place and cannot decide if the drive was worth it or not. The toilets - both at the entrance and diagonally across are HORRIBLE. Do not go there if you can help it. The gardens themselves are extremely underwhelming. Is it because it is winter? But then again what happened to designing gardens for 4 seasons? Winter interest? But I appreciated the opportunity to learn about other faiths. For some reason, I hoped to see 1000 different Buddha statues. 10 pieces around the circle, it was clear the entire set is exactly the same... Again, I do not know how I feel. Maybe just don't go in the winter. Might try it again in a different season - may be.”
