We stayed on a Saturday night and I believe the hotel was fully booked. For that reason the pool and hot tub were very busy. The water didn’t seem completely clear in either the pool or hot tub, but every time we walked by, they were fully occupied. As a hot tub owner myself, I know how difficult it is to keep the water clean with that high of volume of use. We will try this hotel again mid week to get full use of the amenities. The location was good. We were able to walk to dinner and grab a beer across the street. We will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends and we will come again.”

“Will, our concierge, was the first person to greet us at 1 Hotel after our 14 hour flight from Sydney to LA. He made us feel at home and at ease straight away. EVERY staff member we interacted with (valet, breakfast, house keeping, front desk) were exactly the same as Will, and that is, kind, courteous and willing to do whatever they could over our 4 night stay to make it as relaxing and pleasant as possible. Our connecting rooms, 1001 and 1002, were spectacular. So clean and comfortable and just a great space to relax and look forward to coming home too after our days adventures. We and the kids loved it. The hotel lobby, courtyard gardens, and pool deck were just so nicely arranged, especially with all the Christmas lights and decorations!, it was truly hard to believe we were in the middle of West Hollywood on Sunset Blvd. What an amazing hotel experience.
