“Jennifer is the BEST! She was Exceptional during my touring appointment at The View at Woodstock. I had very specific wants for the location of the floor plan I was interested in, and she was understanding, gracious and accommodating. We toured the beautiful property, viewed the available unit I wanted, and she was extremely informative and thoughtful every step of the way. By the end of our hour together I was ready to apply and secure the apartment. As fate would have it, that very unit was rented online by someone else just before I completed my application. She invited me to come back in the next day, and I had been so impressed by her, and the property, that I brought my mom and sister with me to tour another available unit. Jennifer was so lovely assisting my mobility challenged sister into the building to view the apartment. My mom, sister and I all fell in Love with this other unit the moment we walked in! “We have been metaphorically circling Anchor for weeks. Joyce gave us our initial tour and showed us two units. We were still looking at other properties so when we decided on Anchor, both units had already been leased. We went back and Joyce showed us two additional units. We did get one locked down and started the leasing process. A few days later we contacted Joyce to see if we could come back by the apartment to show our son. She happily gave us another full tour of the complex. We can definitely be a little high maintenance but she never stopped smiling and never made us feel like an imposition. Absolutely incredible experience and can’t wait to move in! Edit to add: our move in was incredible. Jisber was incredibly kind and the on-boarding process was amazing. Very thorough but in a good way. Jisber also responded to two minor maintenance service calls and for both of them, he was up to us within 30 minutes. He is very kind and helpful. We also attended our first social event. The Howl-O-Ween pet event. It was great! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. We love living here!”

“This place USED to be amazing until management changed. There is now a property manager that I strongly believe doesn’t care about the residents or the community — she just likes the title. She is beyond demeaning and extremely rude not only to the residents, but the vendors and her employees as well. I witnessed it first-hand. I tried rectifying an issue I was having and she answered her cell phone in the middle of our conversation… The front of the community looks great for sidewalk attraction and tour purposes…. Until you actually live here and experience what the grounds look like. If you have a dog, you have to pay for a DNA test to be completed and they claim to pick up dog poop that is left and test it to charge those who haven’t picked up after their dog. It’s a joke — just another way to collect money and a way to try to sell the newcomers of how “fancy” this place is. There are MOUNDS of dog poop EVERY WHERE around the community and on sidewalks as you are walking into your building. The dog poop bag stations are empty more than half the time. Cars are constantly getting broken into, A/C’s don’t work, staff turnover is ridiculously high. The amenities and the apartments themselves are extremely nice (when they’re actually taken care of), however, the lack of customer service and the “care and concern” for the residents and the grounds is truly a major problem. I look forward to my lease being up.”

The kids always love stopping by to play a round of pool and to grab candy from the front desk!”
