“We made reservation for 2 hours of axe throwing and had the best time!! They gave great instructions and taught us how to throw correctly. We really enjoyed that they had several different games for us to choose from projected onto the wood we were throwing at. The staff was friendly and took good care of us. They had drinks and snack for purchase to enjoy while we played. If you’re looking for something fun to do, you have to check them out!”

“No call no show from the coach??? Booked one reservation a week in advance for a group lesson for 2:15pm. Arrived at the exact spot I was instructed to at 1:50pm and saw no one in sight. Called the phone number listed on the website at 2:05pm to make sure I was where I was supposed to be and my called was rejected. They immediately texted me asking if I was calling for surf lessons. I responded immediately by saying I already made a reservation but didn’t see anyone. 14 minutes later: “Hold on, I’ll check with the coach.” 5 minutes go by. At this point it’s 10 minutes after my lesson was supposed to have started so I simply say “If the lesson is cancelled, please just let me know now so my refund can be processed and I don’t have to wait around.” 3 minutes later they text and say they’ll be refunding me. I came to LA on vacation and won’t get another opportunity to try surfing for a long time. Therefore, I tried to pick a place that seemed professional and reputable. Turns out, this is not that place. Had they told me the lesson would be canceled even a day earlier, my girlfriend and I would have been able to plan to spend our one allotted day at the beach doing other fun things instead of preparing for a surf lesson that never happened. Had I not contacted them myself, I wonder if they would have ever realized a lesson was scheduled at all. The only thing keeping this review from being a one star rating is that they did process the refund quickly. However, even though I got the email confirmation of the refund quickly, the email stated that the funds would be refunded to my bank account “up to 15 working days” later. TL;DR: Surf anywhere else. Edit: the morning after I left this review they attempted to call my cell phone at 8 in the morning, presumably to confront me about it. I, of course, did not answer.”

“My daughter wanted to skydive for her 18th birthday so we chose skydive buckeye for her first experience as I had used them before and had a wonderful experience every time. The staff was very helpful, the turbo prop aircraft achieved 14k feet of altitude in a short time and the deluxe video package I purchased for my daughter was spot on. We have watched it over and over and was a wonderful way to preserve her memory of her first jump for a lifetime. The staff was very upbeat and their excitement spilled over to all of us jumpers...a truly great experience and we will certainly be back again.”

“This trail is one of my favorites spots to hike and the views are breathtaking and beautiful specially in the fall. Came on a weekday after 2pm and there were parking spots available. You can keep going on the trail after taking the stairs to go up on the rock. I had a great time!!!”

“They had my size and color I wanted in stock. Very knowledgeable people and was in and out in 5 minutes. If you want on clouds then go here! I’ve never had them before and I’ve had some really comfortable shoes and these are by far the best shoes I’ve ever put on. Air max’s and ultra boosts are overpriced and nowhere near as good.”

“This was an absolute AMAZING tour! Captain Steve was awesome and Renee was the best! They were both so knowledgeable and friendly! They were patient and answered all our questions! With that being said, I give this your such a high rating because, we were here last year, and took a different (much much bigger) boat and we also enjoyed that, however- Not only did we get better views of the whales on this tour (I think we saw a total of 6 or 7 breeches) and tons of mamas with their babies but being on a smaller boat, Steve and Renee were right next to us and it was just a more personal experience with them! Yes they are a small company, with a small boat, and they may even charge a little more than the huge boats that hold 100+ people but trust me when I say it was worth it. There is more room to sit and move around on this boat than we had on the huge overpacked boat last year. We plan on going one more time before we go home, and will go to Dive Maui every year when we come! Seeing these beautiful animals never gets old”

“We were looking for a place to mini golf with our young daughter and we gave this place a try. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It's not worth the money. This is a very strange place. I wasn't sure what we were walking into since there were eye glasses and exam in the same warehouse looking building. It's cheaper to pay in cash than use a card. There is a $2 surcharge added on. The staff was fine. You had to sign a waiver even just to play mini golf which I found odd. It was $12 per person for mini golf and most places let kids under 3 play for free, NOT HERE!! There were only 9 holes and you could play for 30 minutes. You didn't need 30 minutes. This is the worst course ever. You could move pieces on the course and there were extra holes on some of them. There was no lock on the bathroom door. There was an arcade in the back with most not turned on. They are coin operated, quarters are needed.”

“My husband and I went here for date night. The price was great for an hour. You think at first it’s a bit much but after being there for an hour it’s fitting. The staff were friendly and very greeting. Explained everything and left us to it. My husband and I had so much fun. My only complaint is the lane we had the board was a little worn. We still had a great time though. There is more than just axe throwing. They have video games, large connect four and ton of other stuff I suggest you visit to see. We will definitely be going back!”
