“Went there to get fitted for and to purchase a backpack and grab a few other things. The pair of shoes that I tried on, I requested for in another color but she brought me out a normal instead of the wider size I had tried on even though we had a full conversation about needing a wide. I unfortunately didn’t double check that the different color was wide as well and purchased them. Basically useless now and I live an hour away. The one person who measured me for my backpack made me feel extremely uncomfortable after he continued to get extremely closed to me after my measurements were done. It was nice he was enthusiastic but he really needs to learn spatial awareness with his customers, especially women. I was going to purchase the backpack there but the experience with him made me so anxious I just wanted to leave right away and never talk to an employee there again.”

“This place in Northern Colorado really is like a supermarket with aisle after isle of beer, liquor and wine. One of the things I really love about this place is that it’s outside of city limits so everything is just a bit cheaper by avoiding the Fort Collins city sales tax. they also have one of the better craft beer selections in all of Fort Collins. Make sure to check out the massive array of craft beer that is not in the cooler. There is also a wide array and range of wine and liquor. Make sure to shop here for all your beer liquor and Wine needs in Fort Collins and Northern Colorado.”

“Today was my first time ever visiting you this location and let me tell you I had a wonderful experience from talking to the produce associate Chris, to speaking to Cody about some produce that wasn't so favorable to the eye but none-the-less everything was handily in a timely and professional manner to even checking out with Michael he made sure that everything was scanned and correctly price I definitely appreciate him go above and beyond to make sure that our final transaction with the store was wonderful. But the downfall that I had was from leadership Kevin, Kevin Kane and approach the situation not so professionally at a customer standpoint Michael apparently scan the deli chicken twice and he wanted to make sure that the customer was not charged twice and like I said greatly appreciated. Kevin took it as if we didn't even want it at all and that was not the case I felt as if he was rushing through the process and and did not take empathy very well for new sales associate but nevertheless will return thank you all for a great visit”
