“This KOA was amazingly clean. From the minute I arrived the entire staff showed nothing but professionalism. Let's not forget the Internet and TV. The Internet was the best I have ever had at any RV park. They make pizza and prepare hot wings to your liking. Along with that they had local beer from a local brewery on tap. They also had a big selection of wine as well as your favorite coffee drink. I had a latte the morning I left and it was over the top. I would definitely stay at this place again. Thank you again”

A lot of new things have been added from back in the 60's - 70's but even though they were full it was nice and quiet while we sat outside and ate around the campfire in T Section.”

(But the way its situated it wasn't too loud) Will stay again. I was afraid I'd knock myself out on the support in the middle of the room, but I didn't. All the little surprises and charming details kept it exciting. Probably one of the most thoughtful rooms I've ever stayed in. Bonus: the toilet was AWESOME, as was the shower.”

“The location is super, and the hotel is one of the nicest in this area. The rooms overlooking the river has a perfect view all day long. Don't settle for the bay view unless there is no other availability. Dining in the hotel is your best choice as there is nothing near, but the quality is fair while the price is good and the portions are big. The bar is open late, which is excellent. My reason for this rating was that the Mini fridge inside my room was not working properly, and all my special meals went to the garbage. The air conditioner was very noisy too. Other than those 2 small problems, the hotel is very nice and the stuff is helpful. I hope that they take care of the room amenities and update them as this hotel has a lot of potential.”

“This was our first trip of the year and the trip that I proposed to my now fiancee. We loved how we were greeted with great hospitality by the Concierge. She was very informative and helpful with providing local options for transportation along with options for entertainment/ restaurants. The little details like the White Swan Inn pillow Chocolates, map of the city, and list of recommended restaurants was very nice. The inn was very cute with a lot of historic decorations and architecture. Very central location with a variety of affordable transportation options. We had a comfortable stay and highly recommend!”

“Newly updated hotel in a fantastic location. In the heart of shopping & restaurants which makes it very convenient. I called a few weeks ago to purchase a room last minute as our flight got cancelled and they accommodated us with early check in and were also able to give us last minute late checkout (only one hour but still very very helpful). Polite staff, Gloria at the front desk was so wonderful, even remembered my daughters name and said hi to her everytime we saw her. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was how cold the pool water was.. too cold for our 1 year old to enjoy ):”

“We live locally and just wanted a quick overnight getaway so we thought we’d check out the Bernalillo KOA. It is in a safe area and the sites are well-maintained. We had site p-18 which had a nice turf patio and was an easy pull-through spot that was completely level so we didn’t have to disconnect or use leveling blocks for the night which was nice! The bathrooms are extremely well-maintained and clean, with plenty of hot water, a baby changing station, and a separate baby-wash sink. There are 2 nice dog parks on site, a pool that runs may-October, and a great kids playground. Overall compared to other local options, we give this KOA 5 stars. It also has a walking trail connecting to next door Cactus Brewery.”

“Canyon RV Park is our favorite local park in Southern California. The location is ideal, the amenities are great, and the staff is super friendly and very nice. Since it's local to a lot of people, we always invite friends and family to come spend a day with us. They all say the same thing. It's beautiful, peaceful (except for a little freeway noise) the grass is green, and there are so many trees. We will keep coming back as long as we are in Southern California.”

Staff went above and beyond for us as we ended up having issues with our truck on the day we were suppose to leave and staff came to our rescue to help get it towed and fixed in the same day also let us stay until it was all taken care of with no extra charge! “The Buckeye cabin was very comfortable! The couch was huge and the fireplace big and safe to use. The landlord supplied items that the listing stated we would need to, so it was a pleasant surprise, in addition to the chocolates and park map left for us. Firewood was ample, and it was very easy to obtain more.The beds were a little less comfortable than we'd hoped. Otherwise, it was a spectacular stay. The situation was beautiful and convenient, the landlord accessible during our holiday stay, and the attention to detail impressive. We would return to Top Hill again, and highly recommend a stay.”
