I really enjoy them every single time. The rental price is very reasonable. I want to give my big thanks to CameraMall for providing those fantastic rental options for me. What’s also important is that through those rentals I gradually get a sense of what lens I like, need and should buy in the future.”

They didn't have the safe in-stock, so it had to be ordered. Delivery of the safe occurred just over one month from date of purchase, which was faster than expected considering that they had to order it. Gary & Ryan installed the safe, with bolt-down. Everything was leveled and placed where I wanted. They walked me through operating the safe. Great service and really friendly folks! Absolutely recommend!”

“I normally don’t complete these requests, however Lakes Floral went above and beyond for myself and 8 of my neighbors recently. So, I feel the need to share our experience. One of our neighbors was taken to the hospital and had an extensive emergency surgery. She was in ICU after surgery. Then scheduled to be moved to Room 349 the next day. Nine of us neighbors went together to send her a floral bouquet from Lakes Floral. We were told that they would deliver it the following day. When the delivery arrived at the hospital, the driver was told the recipient was still in ICU and they couldn’t accept the flowers. Lakes Floral contacted me and said I should let them know once our friend was actually moved to her regular hospital room and they would go back with the bouquet for her. Sadly, several days went by and she was never moved out of ICU, only because there were no available open rooms. Finally, after one week in ICU she was discharged. When I called Lakes Floral to let them know she was home. They offered to deliver a new fresh bouquet to her home at no extra charge. I am attaching a photo of the original bouquet as well as the replacement bouquet. They are both equally beautiful. Thank you to Lakes Floral for going the extra mile.”

She was so knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process, encouraging us to spend more time testing out the different mattresses so we could make the best decision for ourselves. She went over all the features of the different bases too. There was no pushiness at all. We came back to test again the day after, right when they opened, because we were sold the first visit but just couldn't decide on which firmness level. It was a very calm and pleasurable process and we appreciate that we weren't hurried at all throughout our decision making. The moment I walked in I was welcomed, I told them I was looking for den furniture and was pointed in the right direction and told to let them know if they could answer any questions for me. “My wife and I went mattress shopping a few months ago. We visited this place as a last stop after realizing how much mattresses had increased in price over these last few years. We came to this place because we know the cost of most things were lower than anywhere else and boy did we get the worst service ever. Three men offered to load the mattress onto our vehicle. They were probably at my car for a total of 30 seconds, it was a very poor job at strapping this mattress down. We pull out of the parking lot and the mattress goes flying off and takes the rack of my car with it, breaking it. I reached back out to the manager of the store who was extremely rude and unprofessional (even went as far as texting my cell phone from his personal cell phone) so I contacted corporate. For MONTHS they have given me the run around about fixing my car. Was told by multiple people my car would be fixed and it wouldn’t be an issue. Months later impatiently waiting for my car to be fixed that THEY broke I receive an email telling me my claim had been denied. We went to this place for a decently priced mattress, not to replace a rack on my car that we didn’t break. I’m super unhappy with this and I hope they don’t do business like this with everyone else. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend anyone going there. If I could give 0 stars I would. Simply fixing what they broke was the right thing to do but I guess this company doesn’t care about people anymore. Damn shame.”

Only reason I got my order when I did, was because I called and my husband went in to see WHY. They said “it doesn’t show you checked in”.
