“Great old fashioned (in a good way) drive-in restaurant. Everything is made to order. The company was actually founded in1926, but didn't survive the onslaught of the fast food places. There are only a few locations surviving. But, they do sell the best darn Root Beer in the world, made the original way. Check out this location for very reasonably priced food. Even a grilled cheese sandwich for $1.00. One can leave this place full after spending less than $5.00.”

”What a find, Richland Railroad Diner is! It is a small, intimate restaurant that exudes an irrepressible atmosphere of cheer and community. The waitresses all are superb and provide the best service. Our coffee cups were never allowed to be emptied. The food was simple and cooked to perfection. It is restaurants like Richland Railroad Diner that have convinced my wife and I to never patronize a franchise restaurant or fast food. We would never want to miss gaining an appreciation of local culture that diners get when visiting restaurants like this! You'll love it!”

”Good overall. Lots of selections and convenient location. I typically get typical eggs and bacon and they are usually good at these items. Last time, I got a Eggs Benedict and the English muffins used was not the freshest. Plus the hash browns were not really seasoned. Likely, just a one time occurrence and was ok without all the salt/pepper on hash browns . People I was with got a "skillet" item and omelet. Both were good. Check it out!”

They were doing some construction. They were beating and banging the entire time I was eating. That wasn’t pleasant at all. (I ended up getting the backstory later that an elderly couple ran through building from the adjoining parking lot 😬.)”

”Amazing experience at Caprice tonight in an intimate setting for two. Delicious soups to start the evening with the perfect French bread and olive oil combination! Next the main dishes were scrumptious with the yummiest mash potatoes and veggie combos. The French Rose was a lovely accompaniment to this meal and reasonably priced. To top off the night was one of the most delicious dessert we have ever tasted!!! Nick took great care of us too! Can't wait to go back!!!”

”We wanted to try a restaurant outside of Lexington, so I did some research and found this place. It is small so it has limited seating. We sat at the bar which was neat because we could watch them make the food. I didn’t realize they were known for their burger until we saw signs in the restaurant. If a restaurant is popular for a certain item I usually try to go with that item. They were extremely busy inside and it looked like they also did quite a bit of take out. It took a while to get the food but honestly every staff member were working as quickly as possible to keep up. At one point there were over 10 burgers on the grill. One waitress was a bit friendly than another but over good customer service. The couple next to us had the open-faced roast beef. If I had seen that before we ordered I probably would have gone with that because it looked GREAT. They said that every time they go to this restaurant that dish is what they get. The burger had a good cook on the meat, but it did not wow me. It seemed to be lacking some flavor from the burger itself. I was not a huge fan of the chili on the chili cheese fries but that is personal preference. My biggest issue is that I didn’t get the food item I wanted. Originally, I ordered the Bacon & Beer Cheeseburger but they were out of Beer Cheese. So, I chose the Cowboy burger…but they were out of Jalapenos. I ended up getting the Cliffside Burger.”

”tldr: cute diner, fast service, friendly staff, cheap prices, good food, but the water they serve tastes mildewed or something the diner is really cute and casual, we didn’t have to wait to be sat, and the staff is all really friendly. the service was fast and when we ordered our waitress asked if we were sharing (we were), and when she brought the food out she’d had the kitchen split both entrees in half on separate plates which was great. the food we ordered came out quickly and was excellent! the only negative was the water - it had a mildewy smell and taste to the point that we actually didn’t want to drink it, and might keep us from coming back”
