“I don't know if it's still a soft opening or what, but the staff looked like they were in over their heads for dinner service. They didn't have enough menus and the waiter didn't even know the specials. We waited 30 minutes to get a drink order in and an hour before one of us ate. The fish and shrimp tacos were poorly dressed with no flavour and the chorizo on the nachos were cold. Such potential in the new space so hope they can turn it around.”

The four cheese dip and deep fried pita was a great combination of cheeses to begin the meal. The drinks were never empty and always refreshed before asking. The funnel cake sticks were one of the highlights of the meal.”

“Our group of 4 were super impressed with brunch! We had the rancheros served a couple of different ways, as well as the chilaquiles. The rancheros had excellent soft tortillas (not in the photos). Everything was fresh and delicious! Great hot sauce also, which is hard to come by lately. Coffee was good too. Great service and we already can’t wait to come back!”

“I stayed at the BW with my 2 children 12 yr-old daughter and 6 month old son, as I normally do every couple months, and I always loved eating here, the food and portion sizes are perfect, the space in the restaurant is perfect for a stroller, wheelchair, walker, etc. Lots of room. We had a new waitress that just started her first shift, she did great. I've been coming here with my daughter for the past 12 years, and its great every time. I highly recommend eating here. We had spaghetti and Meatballs, chicken ceasar wrap with fries and gravy, chicken fingers with ceasar salad and mash spuds. We also had room service for breakfast from here, it was super good, and took less then 10 minutes for them to bring to our room, wow! Everything was super delicious and on point. Service was great and fast. Good job to the waitress, all wait staff and kitchen staff. Oh and the little robot machine Robbie that helped bring the food to the table lol.”

Mix up with my mothers order but easy fix and Food was hot and plenty of it. Best salad i ever had! Asian dressing for the win. Found the place dark and not really inviting inside. Waitstaff nice. Not bad value for the money. Over good experience.”

“We went to Pur and Simple for breakfast on a Saturday morning and it was lovely. We went quite early so it wasn’t too busy. We were seated quickly and the server was lovely. The surroundings are bright and clean. The food was delicious and servings were plentiful. I do wish the waffle was served separate from the eggs, ham, and potatoes but I’m sure I could have asked for that, just didn’t dawn on me until later.”

“My margarita was good. The steak mac and cheese was decent. The plantains were good, they add honey or some kind of glaze to them which was interesting. The server was very nice but slow despite the restaurant being pretty empty. Lots of waiting and sitting around while staff wasn’t super busy. There were also messy things like a Christmas tree box with things in it in plain sight for guests. Food items didn’t all come out at the same. So half your meal would show up and several minutes the other half. We had to ask for things more than once which was annoying. We also didn’t receive itemized receipts which was off putting. You have no idea what you’ve been billed for. If they improve their customer service (e.g. come by and ask how the food is a few minutes after dropping it off, remembering orders) and pay attention to small touches (e.g. not leaving mess out) J’TM has the potential to be really great.”
