“Not too impressed. Almost every item purchased was a disappointment. A package of individually sealed lense wipes had 2 packets opened. Who knows what someone did with the opened ones before putting back. Case of sparkling water, every can dented. Phone mount for the car broken. Basically, if something is covered in packing tape, avoid it, and there is lots of items wrapped in packing tape. If it says "opened" read as "broken". Prices not great compared to similar stores. I think those stores rejects come here.”

“This is a flagship LCBO regarding inventory. The booze, beer, wine and cider selection at this location is top tier. The store has a simple layout and a non-jump-the-line style checkout. Every LCBO should have a queue bollard and rope check out like this shop has. In fact, it should be policy on all new store builds and retrofits. Any who, this joint is easy to shop, well lit and packs much for limited square footage. The employees are hot and cold but that's retail for you. Use Google maps to help you avoid the peak times as the line up can be long. Even still, you won't get stuck in there, they hustle when required. This shop is particularly good with holiday gifts and packaging. Like any retail shop, avoid it during peak shopping times to maintain your sanity. Cheers.”

“It is one of the better Winners locations I’ve been to. It is clean, well stocked, and the layout is pretty intuitive. They always have a good selection of seasonal items. It is THE place to buy everything Christmas-related, for instance. The store is a good place to buy last-minute gifts. One thing that I find disappointing is that they never have a good selection of footwear, particularly for men and kids. Also, some of their clothing items are really old.”

“Be careful! They sell expired products! It was my first time visiting this location. I'm a big fan of Venchi chocolate from Italy but it's not easy to find in Toronto. I saw it, got excited and paid $12 for a bar. Of course i did not check the expiry date as I trust Pusateri's. I got home, started eating and realized it looks very old and taste weird. Then looked at the expiry date and guess what!? It was expired on 4/4/2023. I purchased it on 4/30/2023. So they had left an expired item on the shelf! This is not right Pusateri's!”

“Went in to get matching permanent bracelets with my partner and we were running late to our appointment due to Toronto traffic but they were super understanding and accommodating about it! Unfortunately when we got home my partner's bracelet broke through no fault of his OR the clerk who put it on him - one of the surrounding chain links snapped off, not the link where it was welded together! When we called the store they were again super accommodating and lovely, apologizing and booking us in first thing the next day to fix it for free. Had no issues with the chain since, they both are holding strong and look amazing! The person who welded our bracelets talked us through the whole process. The store is so gorgeous and aesthetically pleasing, and everyone who worked there was so friendly and welcoming. I purchased a BEAUTIFUL necklace by the artist Dianne Rodger - each jewelry display has information on the artist who made the pieces. The woman who helped me provided amazing assistance, showing me how the necklace hung perfectly on me but if I didn't like it they could adjust the chain. She also provided me with the full wrapping, gift bag, and brochures for the artist and store, even though I wore the necklace out (because I loved it so much). In conclusion, you can come for the beautiful jewellery, supporting local artists, but the incredible staff and overall vibe will also win you over. I 100% recommend this place!”
