“Good sized dolarama. It has a large variety of things you don't find at smaller stores. It was a clean and well maintained store. Staff was nice and happy to help with many customers have problems with the self checkout scales being either problematic or downright malfunctioning. Very nice store good stock. But the trash can outside was over flowing with food and dog waste (saying it was overflowingis a understatement). Probably a property manager problem and also the graffiti on the 3 dumpsters outside gives ghetto vibes. So outside appeal hurts this dollarama which is doing a good job. Property management gets the L. Luckily nice staff helps this place. Get property management to clean your garbage can. And cover the gang Graf up. It's not expensive shame on property management.”

“After seeking out a Christmas tree, we found the trees in very poor condition, that was until we went to Satellite. Christmas trees grown in Ontario have had a battle with nature for a couple of years. The lovely lady explained that their trees were brought in from Quebec and we’re in beautiful condition. The trees were hanging so it was so easy to check all around each tree. The courteous young man offered to re-cut the bottom, load in the car, and secure the tree in the trunk. Upon paying, we were offered a chocolate and cider. It was a beautiful experience guaranteed to encourage frequent returns in the future ! Thank You ! 😄”

“I visit store on Sunday 19th November 2023 , it was a bad experience for the first time with me in your store . i have been purchasing for the last 18 years but never happened like this kind of customer service before .store located william Kitchen Road Scarborough. i was there around 2:31 pm. for return 1 item i was not satisfied but not used just open and bring it back open box with original packaging . your Clark 58109-EA auth by 56726-UR . an other your employer came besides counter, and she told me i have to pack back the item as i pick up . i said mam i bring everything with original packaging as mansion in your return policy and just open box so you can check everything is in packaging but she said you have to pack back . and her behavior was unacceptable, but i just said it's open box bcuz you can check . i work in many places and i never behave like this because we get training 10 customers behind 1 customer . some time customer wrong or their behavior not good, but we deal with them nicely, and after that, normally they say sorry because they were not happy for some reason. i noticed she was following when i was looking for other stuff in store. It's might be my misunderstanding, but i feel .i didn't ask her name or employer no its not my job .”

“I was referred to Andy for an alignment by someone who personally recommended him as he did the best alignments and he was worth the drive from Barrie. Andy did not do the alignment. The van was not safe to drive but at this point nobody knew it. (See previous reviews) Now I did tell the man on the phone when I made the appointment that my steering wheel was upside down. He could have actually saved me the drive from Barrie. This review is to compliment Andy on how he handled the situation and how professional he was when someone was pressuring ( Mike The Mobile Mechanic in Stayner) to do something he knew was not correct. They projected 6-8weeks and it was delivered in 7 - mind you it was over the holidays. “Do not buy from ashleys . Bought a sectional and it came in dirty and the chaise was crooked . The only thing they could offer is a cleaning 🤯 and to take the chaise out of my home and fix the crookedness . Tell me this is a new couch still if it Had to be cleaned and taken apart to fix . At one point they sent me a small peice of fabric i almost passed out laughing . I later found out it was so someone can come and put it on . One small peice of fabric for 14 foot sectional LMFAOOOO. This place is an actual joke . Ive never felt so bad for spending my money . Garbage”
