“Let's start with the good. It's a short list. The setting is quaint and scenic for university grounds. The building itself is tired and badly in need of a good cleanup and painting. The room was a good size but the furniture is very old and chipped. The cleanliness of the room was sub-par. The staff were not the friendliest, not rude. .Just not very helpful. The restaurant has a nice view but again, old furniture and I had to dig down a few plates in the pile to find a clean one. Food was okay.”

“This hotel has been the best value for the price we have ever got for any hotel. The price was excellent. When we had just arrived at the hotel, the exterior of it was starting to look a little old and outdated. Although as soon as I came into the lobby, it seemed as if it was a brand new hotel due to the modern decor. It looked like it got recently renovated. Check-in was very smooth. Rooms were also very modern and clean. The A/C was not so strong, so the room was a little warm. The marble counters in the bathroom were very pristine and unique. Hallways were also in a very unique style. Note that breakfast costs money, so do not be expecting free breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel!”

“We booked the room for 1 night. I have to say the cleaning staff were amazing. They got our room ready before 3 pm because we were driving numerous hours ,they also let us know if we needed anything to let them know. I do have to say the front desk gentleman wasn’t too friendly nor welcoming. The rooms were clean however there was a musky smell to which you cannot blame the cleaning staff for. The pool was at a great temperature and perfect. Hot tub and sauna were clean.”

“The check-in clerk was not at the counter when we walked in and it was only 5 PM. She did not explain whether the paid-upgrade we had requested had been processed. I had to ask to clarify as to what kind of room it was. The rooms were great, spacious and clean. The shower, however, did not have enough water pressure. Beds were average but comfortable. The complimentary breakfast had a great variety and everything tasted fresh. Overall, a very good experience.”

“we had a great stay. the hotel was very close to several restaurants, grocery shopping, and activities (like the movie theatre). the hotel even had preferred partners in the area that offer you discounts for being a guest. the hotel was clean and quiet. we also enjoyed the pool quite a bit. the staff were EXCEPTIONAL. everyone was so kind and helpful. the 2 women that ran the breakfast were amazing. they were so sweet and helpful as i wrangled my toddler and our food. the woman from the back stocking the food had my daughter laughing and smiling our whole meal, as she joked and made funny faces with her. she even got a hug goodbye from my little one and went out of her way to pack a goodie bag of snacks for our drive home. BEYOND amazing service!”

“Great stay and a good quality breakfast. Convenient location and plenty of parking. The room I stayed in was comfortable and had a coffee maker, as well as a microwave and fridge. The bed was clean and very comfortable. As a bonus, it's attached to a newly established restaurant (Narenjestan) that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the guests of the hotel.”
