“A family member and I stayed at Inn On The Twenty for a few days over Christmas and the service was absolutely exceptional from check-in to check-out. Everyone was so friendly, very helpful, funny, and extremely polite. The attention to detail in our room was fantastic... room was clean and immaculate! We were celebrating our birthdays and other successes and so the team had left us a cute a little note, along with little treats and pretty cool toques! I will definitely be coming back here in the summer! It was worth every minute! Their restaurant across the street serves some of thee best food and their scallops are to die for! The service was top-tier too! I can't rave enough about our stay here!”

“we had a great stay. the hotel was very close to several restaurants, grocery shopping, and activities (like the movie theatre). the hotel even had preferred partners in the area that offer you discounts for being a guest. the hotel was clean and quiet. we also enjoyed the pool quite a bit. the staff were EXCEPTIONAL. everyone was so kind and helpful. the 2 women that ran the breakfast were amazing. they were so sweet and helpful as i wrangled my toddler and our food. the woman from the back stocking the food had my daughter laughing and smiling our whole meal, as she joked and made funny faces with her. she even got a hug goodbye from my little one and went out of her way to pack a goodie bag of snacks for our drive home. BEYOND amazing service!”

“Had a wonderful stay at InnBuffalo. Such an incredibly kept piece of history. The hospitality of Joe and the pleasant conversations really sweetened our stay. The only surprises were pleasant ones. We stayed at the Frederick Law Olmsted, which had 2 beds, modern heating and even heated bathroom floors! We learned the latter was a feature nearly from the inception of the house...still is! A very safe area, and just a step away from the walkable Elmwood Village, plenty of restaurants and small shops to admire. Most certainly planning to return and experience this wonderful place once again. Highly recommend if you are travelling to the area.”

“We had our wedding here a few weeks ago. Marlene and Muhammad went above and beyond to ensure that every detail is accounted for, really thankful for them. We hear compliments from our guests about the food and service, very fresh and high quality ingredients. The hotel rooms are not the most modern but they are spacious, and some even include a full kitchen. There are restaurants and lots of activities nearby as well, location is unbeatable.”

“The front desk was extremely unhelpful and dishonest. We checked in around 8:00 pm and the room's deadlock didn't work. We asked for a different room due to safety concerns. The Front Desk Manager Jay told us that all the standard rooms had already been checked into and none were available. When I questioned them on the empty parking lot, they seemed to take back their statement and said they would speak with their manager. Kept us waiting another 30 minutes before miraculously finding another standard room. They could have been nice about the whole situation. Anshuman at the front desk was cordial.”

“Excellent location for the weeding we went too this past Thanksgiving Weekend. All of the family members enjoyed there stay. Everything exceeded our expectations. Service could not have been better. Chris, the owner, and the house keeper went above and beyond to make our stay welcome. The lobby area is a great space to hang out, play games and to meet other family member's for a nice relaxing talk or watch TV. The morning continental breakfast made for a great start to each day we were there. The restaurant was an added addition to our stay as we didn't have to leave the resort for dinner if we didn't want too. Food was priced good and it was great. I will share with friends and family about our stay. Definitely will return.”

“Excellent hostel! I needed a room in a hurry, and I could only book different rooms for each night. However, they managed to keep me in the same room for the whole stay! Room was very clean, quiet and didn't smell. They have a smart policy for keeping the shoes outside the room. Every hostel should be like that! The café/bar downstairs was excellent too. Together, it was all I needed for a delightful stay. Definitely the best bang for your buck!”

“We had an absolutely amazing time at Eganridge club and spa . We stayed in cottage 4 which faced the lake and was very private, it was beautifully decorated, spacious and spotless. The restaurant had a great variety of food and drinks with a nice patio and super friendly staff. We brought two little dogs with us and they had a great time investigating the lay of the land and going for a canoe ride. I can’t fault the place and will definitely go back. The spa treatments were awesome and Desiree was absolutely amazing. I arrived feeling like an overtightened spring and I left feeling 100% refreshed and relaxed. Desiree had a beautiful calmness about her and I felt a true sense of peace when she had finished. I’ll definitely be coming back and I will be recommending you to my family and friends.”

Great value compared to other places I’ve stayed. Having a wood burning fireplace inside beats a tv anyway. Look forward to going back again!”

“Worst hotel I have ever stayed at by a long shot. The staff are frankly some of the most disgusting and despicable people I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. My girlfriend and I unfortunately decided to stay here for a weekend in November 2023, as my grandparents are from the area and it was the two-year anniversary of my grandmother’s passing, so we had planned to stay two nights and were hoping to visit the cemetery and explore the town some. We ended up driving 3.5 hours back home in the middle of the night before even staying one night as a result of our experience. When we arrived we noticed that our entire floor had been taken over by a group of families who were clearly in town for a hockey tournament. Their kids had taken over our hallway playing mini sticks and we were barely able to walk past them without getting hit. Unsurprisingly the parents did nothing and just got drunk while letting their kids run wild. We phoned the front desk to make our initial noise complaint as when we got to our room our door was repeatedly being slammed into by the kids, hit by pucks/balls, and they wouldn’t stop shrieking and screaming at the top of their lungs. It eventually died down some as they presumably went to have dinner and we went out to do the same. When we got back just after 10pm they were back and it had gotten even worse. We wanted to relax and watch a movie but we could barely hear anything due to the shrieking in the hallway, so I went down to the front desk to complain for a second time. I rang the bell for service several times, and there were staff in the back office visible from the lobby having drinks and chatting, but they refused to even look my way. Eventually after 5 minutes of ringing the bell I yelled back asking if I could please get some help. I explained that this was our second time complaining and that the noise was beyond excessive from the kids in our hallway, so the manager agreed to go and talk to them. As I walked back up one of the parents in the hall finally asked me to let them know if they got too loud, to which I responded that they had been for a while. It again died down for a bit, but right around 11pm we started hearing stomping and banging on doors in the hallway. It appeared the kids had come back and were once again running and screaming, as well as pounding their fists on several different doors on our floor. I went down to complain for a third time, as we were unable to enjoy our night, and I requested that they either move us to another floor or provide a refund. They refused to move us, and simply said that if we wanted a refund then we would have to leave now and could not stay the night. Some of the parents started yelling at me and saying their kids were behaving fine and asked why I didn’t come talk to them in the first place. I said that I already told one of them that they were being too loud and the hotel staff have done the same multiple times, that should be more than enough. In response they ganged up on me and began harassing me, and a couple of dads even threatened me to which the hotel staff did nothing. They said if you want a refund you need to hurry and get your stuff and leave now as they were shutting down the front desk for the night. On my way back up to the room I was harassed by several parents who told me to “go back to your room you f-ing loser”. The way we were being treated for wanting a reasonable noise level was beyond unacceptable so we ultimately decided to pack up and drive all the way home around midnight. The front desk called our room several times while we packed, which only took about ten minutes, telling us we had to hurry up and leave if we wanted our refund. On our way out of the lobby, the parents thought it was funny to blast music that went “goodbye, goodbye” - very mature. I have emailed the hotel twice since our visit to make sure the owner was aware of how we were treated and I have been ignored both times.”

From check in with Rishi, who greeted and treated us like we were old friends, to the spacious room that was extremely well appointed, to the rest of the staff and amenities...the stay was fabulous. The hotel is also walking distance to the Farmers market, Antique mall and outlet mall. Highly highly recommended.”
