“My family and I have been staying at the Voyageur for some time now. It's become our go-to place whenever we are in the Toronto area. If you drive, it's far more affordable than staying anywhere downtown, even if the commute is a fair bit longer. The front desk staff are exceptional. Any request or questions I've had are answered amazingly, and the customer service is nothing short of phenomenal. The breakfast is delicious, has a ton of variety, and is reasonably priced for someone on a bit of a budget. Rooms themselves are well maintained, clean, and often very accessible if you manage to snag one up against the parking lot. Beds are comfortable, and the wifi works very well. Nothing bad to say at all. Will be staying there again real soon!”

“It’s your standard rural Hampton inn, which is very okay - nothing great but also nothing to complain about. Location immediately after the border crossing is nice if you’re on a trip east. Staff is pleasant, place is clean and well maintained…what more do you need? I don’t think there is much food or drink around the property so plan accordingly. We got in late so it wasn’t a thing we were worried about”

This hotel seemed a bit older and starting to look run down, but our room was fine. The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. Good enough for an overnight stay. We were supposed to stay at another campground, it fell through and after a 10.5 hour drive we really wanted a great place to stay ... Rooms were clean and the beds were Queen instead of Doubles which made all the difference for my husband and I. So very comfortable. They do have laundry facilities even though we didn't use it. Great options for the included breakfast. It was all mostly set along a back wall and with the constant droves of guests, there was some back log. Food was replenished quickly though.”

“The complete worst service I have ever seen at any hotel/motel establishment. Completely mind blown. Owner is very rude and not nice to women! Would NOT recommend for anywhere to stay in the beach ! My friend stopped by the establishment (who had already paid for a room!) to run in quickly, I was going to use the washroom, was approached abrasively by the owner who was smoking on the property at the same time. I needed to use the rest room then we were told to leave, completely avoidable and unnecessary confrontation. Felt attacked and have never been there before, VERY unprofessional and uncomfortable. 2 star rating motel is complimentary but makes sense now, very disturbing attitude.”

Loved the two TVs in the suite, not that we needed them. LOL. We love the direct ports to the TV screen to potentially connect other devices. Noted for the future! The entire facility was clean and well kept. The staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was a wonderful bonus, considering the prices competitive amongst neighboring hotels. A nice little gem in Woodstock!”
