“Ordered a stove at the store in Niagara Falls. Because it was a white stove, it was suggested it would take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. We were willing to wait. When delivered 6 weeks later, the stove was damaged. The delivery person called the store to let them know. They took the damaged stove away. Shortly after, I was contacted by a representative at the store. I was told I could wait for a replacement to arrive 4 weeks later or cancel the order. There would be no compensation for the delay. So we have not had a stove for 6 weeks and will now not have one for at least another 4 weeks. This customer service interaction is the worst I have ever experienced. People just don't care anymore. It's all about the money. Pretty sad world we live in.”

“I visit store on Sunday 19th November 2023 , it was a bad experience for the first time with me in your store . i have been purchasing for the last 18 years but never happened like this kind of customer service before .store located william Kitchen Road Scarborough. i was there around 2:31 pm. for return 1 item i was not satisfied but not used just open and bring it back open box with original packaging . your Clark 58109-EA auth by 56726-UR . an other your employer came besides counter, and she told me i have to pack back the item as i pick up . i said mam i bring everything with original packaging as mansion in your return policy and just open box so you can check everything is in packaging but she said you have to pack back . and her behavior was unacceptable, but i just said it's open box bcuz you can check . i work in many places and i never behave like this because we get training 10 customers behind 1 customer . some time customer wrong or their behavior not good, but we deal with them nicely, and after that, normally they say sorry because they were not happy for some reason. i noticed she was following when i was looking for other stuff in store. It's might be my misunderstanding, but i feel .i didn't ask her name or employer no its not my job .”

David is amazing, so welcoming and easy to chat with, you can instantly see how passionate he is! I was so happy with the BMC I was picking up that I also bought a Cannondale for my wife on the spot, and he had it ready to go for me in minutes. “Do not buy from ashleys . Bought a sectional and it came in dirty and the chaise was crooked . The only thing they could offer is a cleaning 🤯 and to take the chaise out of my home and fix the crookedness . Tell me this is a new couch still if it Had to be cleaned and taken apart to fix . At one point they sent me a small peice of fabric i almost passed out laughing . I later found out it was so someone can come and put it on . One small peice of fabric for 14 foot sectional LMFAOOOO. This place is an actual joke . Ive never felt so bad for spending my money . Garbage”

“The two Dollaramas on Highway 7 is ok and this is the one that is closest to the busy intersection of Hwy 7 and Kennedy. The store is of medium size so the aisles are pretty close together, not leaving a lot of space in between.The store is insanely busy during the holidays and numerous popular items are always out of stock. I wish a bigger Dollarama could open in the area as there is clearly a demand and a bigger store is needed to hold more inventory. There is also no room for self checkouts, which would speed up the check out process. Lots of parking and easy to get there through transit. Never had an issue with the employees there.”

“*****UPDATE**** So after I wrote this review, the brick reached out and asked for more info via email. After weeks and weeks, we get a call from someone finally! We were told by this woman over and over, " Nothing was broken" when this was not the case, and their delivery people came back to assess the damage that same day! They gentlemen were rather pissed off and told my husband, " If anything is broken, they make us pay for it." We have dealt with Leon's in the past and had only one thing ever go wrong. The problem was dealt with by the end of the day! They were great about the whole thing. I would say be very careful with them as I said before they do not take accountability at their highest levels. We spent thousands there in the last few months, and i wish we didn't! Skip the whole headache and go to Leon's! ****ORIGINAL POST***** We ordered a whole new living room from the brick sarnia. We took advantage of black Friday pricing, and, to this day, we still don't have all our items. When our couches were delivered, our wall mounted light was ruined by the movers, and our paint was scratched. Now, we r reasonable people, and we do understand accidents happen. However, after many attempts, both in store and over the phone, we r being put off with a " someone will call you" line. Spoiler alert " Someone never does!" The brick does not take accountability, and I'd advise caution when buying from here if u can't get else where first!”

“We attempted to return an unused item well within the specified return policy. The lady at the customer service desk literally accused us of using it, and refused to return it. She was extremely rude. Two managers came up and inspected the item and determined it was not used - but they still would not give us a refund, only a store gift card. I was tired of arguing at that point, it was ridiculous. Once I'm done trying to use up this store credit, I will not be shopping here again for any big purchases.”
