“My husband and I bought our first car here several months ago, and overall we had a really positive experience. I was spoken to by the police about our tinted windows shortly after purchase and the dealership removed the tint free of charge, although they maintained that it was legal (I agree, by the way, but wanted it removed to avoid any future hassle). The only reason they lost a star is our trunk situation. During our test drive we couldn't find any way to open the trunk, and we were assured it would all be fixed before we picked the car up. The unlock button on the key fob was fixed, but not the button on the actual trunk. Ultimately it didn't seem worth pursuing further, but it seemed like a small detail which should have been taken care of. Nonetheless, I would recommend this dealership - just keep on top of the details!”

“Not worth shopping here unless you like being scammed. I purchased a car here a couple months ago and was assured there was no problems with it other then AC. We both (sales person and me) signed the vehicle history disclosure forms that stated the exact problems with the cad and what was known. I later came to this same dealership to get a oil change before they took a look at my car the service asked me verbatim “You know there’s a lot of work that needs to be done on this car right?” To my surprise I asked what do you mean and he mentioned that he has the file here and a couple items need to be replaced, suspension parts and power steering leaks etc. I was fuming as this was not the information that was told to me when I purchased the car. The service dates of when they found the issue was well before the dates of when I purchased the car, I asked them to print it out so I have proof. When I went back to my sales person that sold me the car he simply mentioned we can’t do anything for you because there was a miscommunication on their part between the service team and sales team . ??? How is that okay ? As a customer why should I suffer because of a miscommunication internally. The information was there and was not disclosed to me. This information could have changed the sales deal if it was disclosure like it should have been. All I asked was them to fix the car and return it to me the same way I was promised it would be when we both signed the disclosure and they refused on repeat occasion always finding someone else to blame. Do not shop here. Shady stuff like this will happen to you if your not careful, they will simply tell you to call someone else and never help. I’ve spoke to the sales person the sales person spoke to the manager it will continue like this till you get fed up and leave. Trust me not worth the effort and money coming to this location. You are better off going to a Acura dealership outside of Toronto.”

“UPDATE: Oh no Derek, you have it all wrong. We are not upset and we are not wanting to come back to your dealership, we are warning customers not to take their vehicles to your dealership because your techs are not professional or skilled. You don't even bother to talk to your customers to find out why they are upset. Wouldn't you be upset if you have to travel 35km one way 3 times and nothing was done to their vehicle?! I have added pics to show the bolts not done up and the live wire waving around under the hood that could have caused a fire. Your Techs put our lives in danger. But no, we shouldn't be upset, right?! We do recommend Mike Yarek in Paris (isn't that where your good mechanics end up after they leave your dealership). I use to recommend this dealership to everyone I knew but because of my recent experiences, I do not want to even give them 1 star. A little professionalism from the Techs and the Owner would go along way but unfortunately this dealership lacks that. We were loyal customers of Demeyeres for years. We kept going back because of the Service manager. He always treated us right. Even though they cannot seem to keep good Techs. We have tolerated the numerous mistakes, neglect and unprofessionalism of the techs. From bolts not being tightened back up after a service job, to the crank case filter cover not tightened back on properly, to us wasting numerous trips to Simcoe and being told they didn't do our service work that was scheduled in because they didn't have time or the tech didn't show up, a tech turned out the engine light because they couldnt figure out the vehicles issue, putting in wrong parts, falsifying and putting in used refurbished replacement parts, and the Techs are just down right rude and unprofessional. Recently, we have had issues with our 1 truck and the Techs neglected to put in a ticket to Chryler Canada. The Techs couldn't figure the issue out, so they threw their arms up and refuse to work on our vehicles. Now we have to start from square one somewhere else.”

Honestly everything went great from the time we arrived to the end of the purchase, but they didn’t disclose that the vehicle had transmission issues hence offering the transmission warranty which we did purchase which I also do have picture proof. should’ve been a red flag for me right there but live and learn I guess took a huge lose from that vehicle.
