All the staff were courteous and professional. The hotel is located is a nice quiet area. Parking is available. To say I am disappointed about room cleaning would be an understatement. I am beyond disappointed. I have never experienced this in any hotel I have stayed in, globally. My room was not cleaned even once. The hotel policy states rooms will be cleaned on the 5th day of your stay. On the 5th day my room was not cleaned. I requested for the room to be cleaned and to my utter shock and disappointment nothing was done about it. I have no idea if this was done to all guests or if we were deliberately discriminated.”

The rooms were very clean and attractive, tons of pillows, nice beds, the wash room was very new and spacious and well supplied with shampoo etc of a very high quality. The meeting room we rented for 2 days was well set up and taken care of. All the stuff we dealt with were very friendly and eager to take care of our every need. “My room was booked for me for a corporate trip. The room was clean, but nothing overly special and felt dated; your standard 2 full bed room. There is a stove, sink & fridge combo in the room, which would be great for a multi-night stay. Water pressure in the shower was almost non-existent. Restaurant was ok. Server was there to greet and take an order, but that's about it (wasn't offered a drink, which I found odd for a restaurant on a Friday) No idea on the price, but if you want the basics to rest your head, this will work. I personally will not be booking again”

“HORRIBLE customer service!!! We stayed for a wedding which was at 3:00 but check-in was also at 3:00 and they were quite rude when we asked if we could check in early to get ready for the wedding. Our shuttle was leaving at 2:30 to take us to the venue. We called weeks in advance and were told to call the morning of, but when we called the morning of, we were told they could not guarantee early check in but would try their best. We had 3 rooms booked with a total of 8 adults in our group. When we arrived at 2:15, they allowed us in 1 of our rooms. We were not offered any discounts even though there was a very large group staying there for the wedding (all feeling just as frustrated with the staff). We checked in our other rooms after we arrived back from the wedding (around mid-night) and paid $235 dollars per room plus tax! And then we had to be out by 11 the next morning, which I know is standard check-out time but they could have been more accommodating considering the circumstances. But nope, not at all! The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The rooms were clean, lots of pillows and nice bedding. Very close to our venue and close to amenities as well. But I would not ever return to this hotel based solely on how the staff treated us and spoke to us. They did not go out of their way whatsoever to be kind or show any hospitality whatsoever. Thumbs-down for Customer Service at this hotel 👎👎👎”

“Just had a stopover on way to Montreal. You check in to have a Fifty dollar transaction off your credit card done as a business rule, won't be charged though. Well, Based on an observation, had to change the room and was done without hesitation. The new room in the morning discovered the bathing tub was not draining water after the first attempt at the shower. Hence didn't take one. Was given a business card to call the manager when mentioned at the front desk. If you book online, you'll notice prices are too good to be true for breakfast to be included. Beware! this site does not have B'fast included. Overall a night spent to keep moving on.”

“I wasn't expecting much from this motel since it's the most affordable place to stay in Kingston, but it seriously exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, it was completely silent, and everyone at the front desk provided good customer service. The location is decent - plenty of places around to eat. We only stopped here on our way to somewhere else, but there are some other good things to see in the area like Napanee Falls. Seriously, you won't regret staying here, especially for the price!”
