“Our first time tonight. Ordered a Hawaiian burger/sweet potato fries, a Hamont burger/potato fries and soft drinks. We sat down and were served our food in very good time. Everything was delicious in the way you’d hoped it would be.The restaurant is smallish but very nice and very clean. Most people take their food out, but we were happy to sit to eat. Only drawback was the chilly air that came in when the door was opened. We will definitely be back. Thank you!”

“Amazing Italian pizza made-to-order, baked fresh in a large oven or hot and ready by-the-slice. Dough is prepared daily, sauce is made in-house and the toppings are fresh. The crust is a perfect balance of chew, soft and crunch. Service was punctual, polite and professional. The menu includes vegetarian and vegan pizzas as well as calzones and salads. If you're really hungry or have many mouths to feed they offer a Jumbo pizza. Location is a busy downtown storefront. The street is one-way with parallel pay-parking (free 2-hr after 6pm) which fills up fast at peak times. There is minimal seating inside with just a few tables. Inside is cramped during peak times with multiple customers ordering, waiting and dining in. Prices are a medium to high, but on par for a gourmet pizza. The means justifies the end as you enjoy a great tasting pizza.”

“Schnitzel for breakfast is always a great option. It was tender and nicely breaded. Breakfast is ok. Nice having the grilled veggie side option. Service could be better but I do understand we went at a busier time. It would be worth going back for their apple pie. The pie would've been even better if warmed up but that option was not offered. It was taken directly from the fridge and served on the plate. They were so busy I didn't bother asking.”

Burger is a true burger..old school..with their own unique sauce.. tasty..very juicy.. and fresh..tastes like a real burger.. the fries were good and the rings were perfect...not greasy..but hot with the perfeft crunch to them.. price was maybe a little higher than expected but portion soze made it worthwhile.. will definitely stop here again”

“I called to ask about seating and payment method and the cashier could barley understand English 😣 . Chili cheese dog , the chilli was super dry , the hotdog was good, but they should definitely assemble it. A little chilly first then the hotdogs and a little more on top.. the state they have cheddar but really, it’s processed “fake” cheese 🤢 tasted weird in the chili dog . The hamburgers also tasted strange like cheap meat. Fries and onion rings were delicious 🤩 next time I’ll try the fried fish .”

“Located inside the food court of Gerrard Square. I came on a Thursday evening at 6:40pm. Great service and huge portions. Third time having food from Tropical Joes and my favorite item is their curry chicken roti. This time I ordered the large jerk chicken with rice and peas. Their large size is enough for 2 meals. It came with a mountain of chicken and gravy on top. The meal came with coleslaw, which I found a bit bland. Their chicken isn't the most flavourful chicken I've had, but it does the job. Highly recommend and would come back for a good bang for the buck meal.”
