“Working with Bridal Novias was amazing, and the service was SO quick, attentive, and very very courteous. Jarib helped me pick out my wedding dress, and he was AMAZING! He definitely paid attention to what my taste was, and even helped me stretch past my comfort zones to explore other dresses that I wouldn’t have even considered before. The dress I picked wasn’t even one I had wanted to try on, but he knew it would suit me well and had me try it anyways and I’m SO thankful he had me try it. I was very comfortable around him, and he was always considerate and made sure to give me privacy whenever it was needed. All of the other staff were so sweet and open while I was trying on dresses, and everyone even congratulated and clapped once I said which dress was the one. They made me feel seen and beautiful, and always considered what I was looking for. Even the store was SO nice, it was very clean and organized. The changing rooms were nice, clean, super comfortable and most of all private. All of the other people I had with me were immediately seated and made comfortable while I looked around with Jarib, and the resting area for them was elegantly comfortable! ”Buy items with very caution and cross verify the price tags again and again when you pay. The price tag say one $59.99 and other below items don’t have price tags and the item actually costs $189.99. So i got confused and thought the item is $59.99 and purchased them, but actually costs for the item is $189.99. I saw the receipt after i left the shop. I came back and said the price tags have different price. The clerk told that they don’t have tags for all the items, you need to check the price before buying. Once you pay the bill they won’t refund. Please check the price again and again and cross verify with the price with the clerk before you buy any item, because they don’t have the price tags for many items and you will get confused. The 50 percent discount is not the actual discount. They hiked the price and giving you the discount. When you compare with other stores the discount price is actually more than the actual price in other store.”

I tried these boots on months ago, but ended up purchasing some similar Justins. The jeans were not on sale, but worth it. Because I've been looking to change up my "jeans game." There's a small area to sit and work on your laptops etc. There are a few chairs throughout store to sit as well. The children's area is inviting as well. Knickknacks to look at it and a ton of cool drawings and colorful designs decorating the walls. Highly recommend this quaint, little gem.”

”i grew up in this store from the day it’s doors opened. i had such amazing experiences every time i went and i hate to see it close. i even dreamed to work here one day. i used to go almost every week because my brother played hockey at memorial. some employees knew me by name. i would watch the employees open and close the store through the windows at my brothers hockey practices when it wasn’t open. i bought so many of my dolls here, i had my birthday here, and went every January first to get the girl of the year. i have nothing but love and nostalgia for this place. it had so many loyal customers like me and closing it due to mall renovations really saddens me. i hope the company reconsiders but in the meantime, thank you so much for the 10 amazing years, it made my childhood the best it could’ve ever been.”

The produce department is excellent, great selection of organics. I was thrilled to see the clothing department, nice selection of every day ladies outfits. They were all 30-40% off the day we were there. I love the Kroger brand products, they are great quality at a better price. The store is clean and well stocked. The Starbucks inside is great, very friendly. The floral department is absolutely beautiful. I will definitely drive a little extra to visit this store while we are working in Houston.”
