“Yes, i stayed at the Cedar Hollow cabin and it was wonderful. What i didnt know was the "river" was a cesspool, there was a pipe coming out of a retaining wall that was humming and whatever it was was going right into the river. Downstream it stunk and there was black sand and when i said something about it they acted like they didnt know about it. I have pictures and a video to prove it.”

“The cottage itself was nice, clean, cutely decorated, even had a small Christmas tree. It was very well stocked with plenty of towels and supplies, they really think of everything. What was really special, was the welcome kit for the dog, it made me feel like they understand that the dog is part of the family and just as important! The hot tub was so relaxing and appreciated. The complex is beautiful, clean, quiet, very well decorated for Christmas. Just a nice way to connect with nature and enjoy the Christmas season and shopping. We will definitely be coming back and recommending to others!”

“Had a great stay! Loved the pickleball court! They have a really nice pool and lazy river that are both heated, and don't forget to check out the hot tub! Their store is really nice, and you can even get your favorite frozen adult drink there! We had a paw pen site and loved it!! Very dog friendly place, we walked our fur babies around the park and got to meet several other fur babies owners. Would highly recommend this park!”

“Stayed here for two weeks in our fifth wheel trailer. We loved this place. The staff is so very friendly. It is just a short walk and you are on the beach. They have activities. My wife attended a water color paint class. She enjoyed it very much. They have a small workout area with a machine, free weight barbells, a stationary bike and treadmill. This place is clean and quiet. We can't recommend it enough.”

”From the moment we arrived at our cabin, the weekend stay was wonderful!! We were greeted by the owner, letting us know to contact him if we needed anything, and that he lived there on site, along with the maintenance crew! When we picked up our key, we were also greeted by the most welcoming young man, also stating to let us know if we needed anything to be sure and let them know! The uniqueness of our cabin made our stay so enjoyable; so many one of a kind, special touches throughout our cabin made things so fun! There is so much history at this place!! It is literally just a couple of minutes from downtown, but the country feel on the private 26 acres just made it!!❤️ We had chairs right by the river, it was so peaceful and just beautiful scenery! The Club restaurant was on site, which made it so convenient! The food was outstanding and the live music was great! Such fabulous ambiance! Again, the owner was there at the restaurant, making things so personable and making everyone feel so welcome!! We have definitely found our new place to stay when we go back!!🥰”

”Convenient location right off 114 and Kimball next to a gas station. Plenty of parking even though the hotel was busy. Check in was quick especially for a Saturday. Very nice hotel at an affordable rate. Standard king room was about $110 with taxes. The hotel was decorated nicely for the Christmas and holiday season. There’s a lounge/waiting area to the right once you walk in. A huge bar in the downstairs lobby area that also has two restrooms that are a great size. Outdoor patio area is nice and so spacious. There’s a modern fire pit, corn hole, the pool, and a nice cushioned outdoor couch to relax at. My room was very nice and I loved the modern shower. The restroom was fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, a makeup towel, and plenty of towels. The room had a fully stocked coffee bar and 2 bottles of Evian water ($5 each.) Although it was chilly outside, I did utilize the AC which worked great! The hotel is updated, quiet, and service was great. Upon checking out, the staff was kind enough to offer a to go water/refreshment. This is a good hotel for singles or families. I would stay here again!”

”We are currently staying here and absolutely love the place! Beautiful lake behind our RV, where I can come out and sit in the morning to drink my coffee. Also, the pool and jacuzzi are beautiful and clean! Bathrooms are always clean and smell fresh! I shower every night in them and love it! There's a big area where there is a computer room, gym, pool table, free popcorn, water and ice and coffee. We love playing pool and using the gym equipment. The staff is amazing! Very nice couple! They help with any questions or concerns. This place is very peaceful! Everyone respects your space! I recommend it!”

”Staff was very friendly! Room was about as expected. Although whatever chemical cleaners they used left a filmy residue on the floor and all surfaces. I felt slimy and the chemical fragrance was nauseating. I can't wait for public places to realize chemicals are harmful and start using natural products. The biggest problem was the EMF radiation I felt for 2 nights there. It buzzed my entire body and I couldn't sleep the 1st night and the 2nd was worse. I had a migraine and couldn't wait to leave there, I'm so glad I only booked 2 days/nights. You can see a huge power plant right outside my window here in my photo. Also annoying was the Major construction on the road in front of the hotel. Hazardous if unfamiliar with the area and approaching from the East headed West and trying to make a left turn into their drive.”

”Awful customer service, awful experience. Evidently, a wedding party was staying at this location the same night I was. There was loud noise coming from a room adjacent to mine, ALL NIGHT LONG. I called the front desk clerk, Will, at around 10:20 to complain, and then the night clerk multiple times during the night to try to get the problem resolved. I last called at around 4AM, desperate for sleep, and fed up with the lousy accommodations that I paid a pretty penny for. The front desk personnel were unable/unwilling to help. I understand if they were not able to track down the source of the noise. But what disappointed me, was that neither Hilton employee I spoke with during the night offered to move me to a different room away from the noise, or, if no other rooms were available, to simply offer me a refund so I could go elsewhere. No one, not even the morning desk clerk, offered to make the situation right. So, if you're looking for an expensive place where the hotel guests are loud and like to party all night, then this Hilton Garden Inn is for you. If you value sleep and value for your money, however, give this location a hard pass.”

”What a gem this hotel was! From the staff being so attentive and professional, to the room meeting every expectation, I would 10/10 recommend this hotel. The location is in a great location to the river walk and is walking distance to anything nearby. The hotel was noticeably clean, and that was from the exterior down to the halls and room itself. Our hallway had a filter water station with an ice machine built into the wall which was a convenient addition. Our dog stayed with us and she had the best time, as the room was plenty of room to get comfortable and there’s a park right around the corner. Black out curtains, built-in drawer refrigerator, excellent AC temperatures for the room.. The list goes on. Thanks again for the awesome stay I will certainly be back!”

”I got to my room and there were a few fingernail clips on the floor close to the furniture, so I get it, because hard to get to. The lampshade was broken, the fridge was not cold and ruined my coffee cream, the bed was a bit too firm for my liking ( so I get that this is subjective). The thing that messed me up was why not charge me for the stay and not include the parking and the eggs in 1 price? I was not aware of these ahead of the embarrassment due to I left my method of payment in my room!!! I splurged a bit to get a nicer place to stay for a mini vacation, my opinion is “let down”! When I brought the cleanliness to the house keeping supervisor’s attention she cleaned the room immediately herself, and apologized!! I will say that was the best part of my stay.”
