Autumn told us about various resources we could use around Fort Worth for our move-in as well as spots to go with our dog. The George is beautiful and I’m so happy we decided on this apartment complex. Everyone has been so friendly and kind, we really like all the staff here! Since moving in we always go see Autumn to say hello and just absolutely love her! I would recommend everyone to go to her and move into The George!”

“My car was stolen from the parking garage along with another corvette almost 48 hours ago. I haven't heard anything from property management. They haven't even notified residents that such an incident happened. It's like nothing even happened. This place started off great. But the management is different now. Elevator issues most days. And you're stuck at the parking garage exit or entrance more often than not because of this new unreliable fob system. Please do not bother sending me lease renewal information.”

“This complex hosts the worst neighbors I’ve ever experienced. We’ve sent multiple complaints with evidence to the leasing office and understandably, the office can only do so much. The upstairs neighbors have no regard for noise. I notice that even in our community forum, other neighbors have complained about their own next door/upstairs neighbors being noisy at odd hours. Walls are pretty thin so you can definitely hear heavy footsteps and even music. Maintenance is the only redeeming part of this complex. Usually they are on time and quick to fix any issues we have. I just wouldn’t recommend anyone moving here solely on the neighbors having no regard for other people whether it be not parking within the lines of their spot to being noisy past 1am during work weeks. I understand that having an upstairs neighbor comes with the territory of being noisy at times but the noise happening when we should be sleeping is the worst. Also there is an airport nearby so you can definitely hear that often too which that can’t be helped.”

The team goes above and beyond to deliver happiness to residents in terms of customer service and cleanliness of the grounds. ”Dear Brea, I hope this message finds you well. My partner and I have been residing in Brea Luxury Apartments for the past 13 months, and we wanted to share our review of our experience living here. Before we proceed, we would like to express our gratitude to you, the staff, and the complex for allowing us to be part of your community. In this review, we will be rating our experience based on four characteristics: Security, Professionalism, Maintenance, and Cleanliness of the Property. Security: We are pleased to give Brea Luxury Apartments 4 out of 5 stars for security. The gated community is one of the best in the Katy area, and we rarely witness any incidents of car theft or break-ins. Professionalism: Unfortunately, we cannot give the staff more than 2 out of 5 stars for professionalism. We had some issues with noisy neighbors, and despite notifying the after-hours security guard and the leasing office multiple times, no action was taken. We even provided evidence of the noise, but it was ignored. This lack of action made it challenging for us to get a good night's rest, especially with a newborn in the apartment. Maintenance: We give maintenance 2.5 out of 5 stars. After reporting an emergency AC issue on a Saturday evening, we were told that someone would only be able to come and fix it the following day. Cleanliness of the Property: We give the property 3.5 out of 5 stars for cleanliness. Overall, the property is well-maintained. We appreciate the $25 fee charged for leaving trash outside, as it helps keep the hallways clean and odor-free. Overall, we give Brea Luxury Apartments 3 out of 5 stars. We kindly request that you do not respond to this review with a generic apology. We brought these issues to your attention, but they were not taken seriously. We hope that you will improve in these areas in the future. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your community. Best regards,”

”We have lived at Courtland Addison Circle since Dec. 2022. I have found the on site staff to be extremely helpful,courteous, professional and friendly. They have gone above and beyond to make us feel that this is a " home" and not just an apartment. Hannah (front office) even happily participated in a treasure hunt I organized for my grandchildren! Amazingly, they even know the names of my dogs! In addition to this great staff, the maintenance team is truly exceptional. They are professionals who are quick to respond.( I think Paul can fix anything..and always with a smile.) This team can always be seen making sure that the landscaped areas around the complex are beautifully maintained. These are teams I truly appreciate and respect. Corporate should acknowledge what they do for Courtland Properties.”

”I enjoyed the time that I was here at Greenvue. This was my first apartment moving to Texas and it was all that I can ask for. The front office staff were friendly and always available to answer questions. Shout out to Cassie one of the office managers who was always professional, accommodating, understanding, and friendly. The grounds were always kept clean and maintained. Maintenance completed my open items within a week. One slightly negative feedback is that I asked for them to contact me when they were on the way which never happened but they never entered my apartment without my permission so that was a plus. Even though this was a big property, everyone kept to themselves, and I was never concerned for my safety or the safety of my family. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend this apartment to anyone who asks.”

”There are definitely a few perks of living at Aspire like being so close to campus, the target underneath, social setting, pool, gym etc. The staff is usually nice & maintenance is always helpful. From the outside looking in this is the perfect apartment, BUT when you actually live here it is so different!! 2 out of 3 elevators are constantly under repair causing super long waits for the elevator. The elevators, halls & stairwell are constantly trashed so it’s like living in a nicely furnished frat house. For $1,400 a month the units should be larger (rooms look way larger in pics), the elevators should be repaired quickly if broke, and the overall complex should be way cleaner!”

”The Vale Luxury apartments are great place to live! As a school teacher of 20 plus years, who loves peace, quiet, and a comfortable home environment, the Vale is the perfect place to live. Management and staff including the new assistant Manager, lovely leasing ladies, and maintenance crew under Cindy’s leadership are all very professional and courteous. Top that off with second to none quality amenities that include a workout center with free weights, resort size swimming pools, huge barbecue grills, computer room and a very nice pool table, and you have Luxury Apartment homes with resort style living. Oh and did I mention the standard one and two car parking garages that come standard with each unit? Yep, you can walk right into your luxury apartment home from your attached garage… I therefore give the Vale, my highest rating of 5 Stars. ”After over two years, I'm leaving Camden Post Oak for my own reasons, but I just want to say what a great management team runs this building. I have never seen better management anywhere. The maintenance folks (Luis et al) are also outstanding. Most of my maintenance requests were addressed with 24 hours. Extraordinary. And the concierge staff (Hugh and Seth and the rest) became friends. They sincerely want to help. These are all very nice people at Camden. I will miss them.”

”If you want to become a part of history, if you like to drown yourself with great restaurants and bars all within 5 minutes of walking, this is the place to live. I'm not a resident yet of this beautiful historic building but I will be soon. Amenities are super cool. I loved the entrance. You feel a grand welcome by the door person and by the huge lobby area with super cool Chandler lights. Ohh, I almost forgot, there is a huge balcony on the 2nd floor where residents can relax and enjoy the true downtown view, people in the streets. I had my tour yesterday, and Samantha was extremely helpful showing me around and she went out of her way to accommodate my needs with various rental options. I am going to apply today and dearly hope that I get accepted. Can't wait to live as a resident of Rice Lofts soon.”
