“Understated snout to tail butcher based restaurant. Quality is the key ingredient throughout: top quality ingredients, execution, ambiance, and service. The vibe is upscale edgy hunting lodge. I had the antelope lettuce wraps. They were absolutely perfect. The texture. The flavor. The balance of fat to spice. Great use of leftover off cuts of both meat and vegetables. It took what could have been garbage and made it one of the most flavorful, texture filled, and filling lunches I have had in a long time. I adored the fresh house made grapefruit spritzer (I had them hold the simple syrup) which was a great accompaniment to my meal. I enjoyed the French press tea, but would have thought with a French press I would get more than one cup of tea. The house cured bacon 🥓 was a soft chew texture - I personally like my bacon a little crisper - but the flavor was excellent. I will come back again and again. Great spot for the meat lover in your life. Awesome date spot or great for a bro’s brunch. (I saw a few different tables occupied by groups of male friends and/or coworkers.)”

The Cajun sauce added a great flavor without being too spicy, just the right touch to enhance the dish. This was my first visit to Bin 303. We ordered teriyaki, spicy honey, bbq, and chicken fried (yes, chicken fried chicken wings!). We also ordered an appetizer sampler with fried jalapeño, fried pickles, mozzarella sticks, and onion strings. The wings were bigger than any I've seen lately and were perfectly cooked. The sauces were flavorful but didn't take away the crunch of the coating. Everything on the sampler platter was great also. There is a pretty extensive menu here so we'll return soon for a ribeye or tacos or sandwiches, salad, or soup (the chili is almost world famous)..”

”Great place, I can't say enough good things about it. We went on a Saturday night and they had live music that was really good. You can make a reservation on their website, which I don't think is probably necessary, but it helps if you know when you're going. We got the Dirty South Tots, Chicken Tenders and Flank Steak. Everything was great, the steak was cooked perfectly! We filled up a bit on the tots (and a few drinks) so had to get to-go boxes, which I'm not at all upset about because it made a bomb breakfast Sunday morning!”

Not best in texas kind of thing but top 5 in lubbock possibly! We enjoyed the meal and would have given full 5 stars for service except after being seated noone spoke to us for 10-15 mins untill a waitress from a whole different section saw out table empty so she asked what we would like, she went for our drinks and the waitress for our section finally approached. Our new waitress came back with drinks and told her I got this one! Right on we had great service the rest of the night! Food was quick and the kids burger was just as good as mine!”
